非常棒的酒店，酒店裡一步一景。設計非常用心，還有很多的太湖石、木雕、壽山石雕等藏品，前台Allen熱情接待講解，服務到位，有需求及時反饋。房間裏各方面細節都非常不錯，洗浴用品都是菲拉格慕，mini吧裏贈送的東西品質不錯。每天還有水果和點心飲品，是個不錯的度假酒店。早餐自助餐非常不錯，但是入住客人少的時候點餐品種就有點少了。餐飲方面希望加強，度假酒店的餐飲還是很重要的。值得推薦的一家酒店。

整個酒店佈置非常有特色，青松奇石，入住先坐船，一切都很有心意，管家Allen還有小陳，以及保潔牛阿姨服務都非常好，小童樂園還有泳池都非常乾淨，孩子玩的非常開心～總之值得打卡

到達後先體驗乘船入住，酒店公區不是很大，但綠化不錯，石雕文化豐富。備品和mini吧準備的很豐富，原來看到評論的洗漱包不贈送了，拖鞋棉麻的很舒服，還有小朋友尺寸。管家Allen在入住前就電話和微信溝通，客房部玉秋阿姨對待小朋友也很親切。整體體驗良好。

酒店環境非常棒，綠水環繞，青草綠樹，十分幽靜。內部裝飾佈置非常幽雅，走廊盡頭姿態各異的盆栽，角落裡的擺設都提升的酒店總體感覺，意境十足。感謝酒店給升了房，房間很大，很乾凈，洗浴用品都是菲拉格慕的，很顯檔次。退房時還送了有當地特色的伴手禮，十分貼心。小建議：早餐種類不多，但味道都不錯，美中不足的是，個別點心因為領光了，所以沒嚐到。建議早餐備貨還是應該更充分些。
