Excellent staff, the SPA is fully renovated and sophisticated

The quality of the towels and robes was exceptional. The service was pretty good, surrounding was beautiful and clean. From the lobby there’s a very nice view. Nice balcony however we booked a sea view room, we were given a pool view room. The buffet was really good for breakfast, a lot of food choices, especially for dessert. We also had a lunch in the same buffet but it was overpriced. Going to the city center by taxi for lunch or dinner is much more worthy. Not many dinner options at the restaurant of the hotel.

OMG What an amazing place. My sister and I visited in September for a week, we didn't want to go home. Our room We stayed in room 407, absolutely spotless every day, couldn't fault anything, the location was ideal as well. We could find no fault with anything. Buffet restaurant The food, the best food I have ever had in Egypt, some many varieties, so fresh, nothing was too much trouble, we had a favourite table we would sit at in the buffet restaurant, the waiters remembered what we liked to drink each day. A big shout out to Muhamed- nickname little chef, I wish I could take him home with me! All the restaurant staff were amazing, they are such a credit to the hotel, worked so hard, ensuring all your needs are catered too. Lobby bar- Anna, very lovely lady, remembering our preferred drinks each night without us telling her, she would always greet us with, "coffee time or cocktail time ladies". Beach bar. Shout out to, Amar Saleh, Nabil Hossan and our favourite, Khaled Gamal. They all worked so hard each night, with a smile on their faces and a drink awaiting us! Animation team Sam, he made us laugh every day, he had so much energy and enthusiasm, not sure how he kept it up each day. Spa facilities My sister had a couple of massages whilst at the resort, she said they were excellent and a fab , new, upto date facility, I might try it next time. Night manager Mr Ishmal, apologies if wrong pronunciation, he is such a lovely man, so pleasant, went out of his way to assist us. Gardeners Always make the areas so beautiful,, work so hard out in the sunlight every day, always smiling. Reception Easy check in and check out. We lost our second room key within 24 hrs???, replaced immediately, no issues, bemused how we lost it so quickly. It was returned on check out as it was hiding at the back of a drawer! We are planning on returning. I have visited Egypt on many pictures occasions but with hand on heart, this is the best place I have stayed at, I cannot think of anything negative, nothing at all. The staff at the hotel always had a smile on their faces even when, in my opinion, some guests were rude, a please or thank you cost nothing. Barons Resort Management - you are doing a great job, as all staff I spoke to, praised your management style and said it was one of the best hotels they had worked at. My sister and I look forward to returning. Thank you for an incredible holiday, this was a bit of R and R for us as we had recently lost both of our parents, you made our holiday. Amanda and Shazza

We booked Baron Palms last minute, and it couldn’t have been better! Are you looking for relaxed holidays, eat, drink, beach, sun, and reallllly hot sea water? Don’t think twice, this is the place!! The staff will make sure that you feel at home and you will get everything that you want. The room is not luxurious, completely new or renovated but the bed and pillow are good. Cleaning every day plus refilling of the mini bar (it only has soft drinks but better than nothing). Now about the really good part, the food! On all inclusive hotels it’s hard to get a good quality off the food. At Baron every day, every meal was top notch! A lot of diversity, enough food for everyone, always people refilling with more. They do theme nights, Italian food, Egyptian, sea food, etc. BBQ outside. Honestly you don’t need to get worried by the food. The staff in the restaurant are so nice and always with the smile in their face. From the chef to the guy cleaning the tables. They will even memorize your normal orders and get it for you before you notice it. The restaurant on the pool it’s ok but buffet it’s way better and it’s just 50 m from the pool. The pool we didn’t even try it, why doing it when you have a huge heated natural swimming pool?! Honestly one of the best beaches that I ever been to. Best snorkelling spots that you can just walk from the beach. We spend more time there than in the towel. Umbrellas are big, sun-beds really comfortable and big and you have a lot of space between umbrellas, but the best is the bar just behind them. Those guys work like crazy but always super happy and full of energy. They will make you all kinds of drinks. They will surprise you with random cocktails without you asking for it, and always without expecting something in return, just a smile. I would love to remember all their names, but doesn’t matter, all of them are amazing. Yeah some people will try to sell you trips to snorkelling or safari in the desert but they will not push it if you say that you don’t want it. They will still leave with a smile. We did a cruise trip for snorkelling but honestly the reefs of the hotel have the same quality as the ones that we visited on the boat. The beach of the hotel is not overcrowded, you have your privacy and no one forces you to the entertainment parties. I don’t know how can I convince you more to try the Baron Palms, just book it, you will not regret it. For sure we will be back, but longer, 8 days is not enough!
