Hotel was quite good..only thing to improve checkin was slow a little…during checkout found out the phone was not working as was calling the reception he was unable to hear and slightly rude when approached him at counter regarding this…beach is a bit far walking distance about 10minutes at opposite side hotel Very grateful for the cake and fruits placed in the room ..we were suprised coming back into room and had d cake n fruits

Summer 2023 Good resort with a nice water park. Slides, lazy river, surf pool. The resort isn't very big. The restaurant is quite large; the air conditioning could be a little cooler. Entertainment is up to Egyptian standards. The food is good. There's also plenty of variety. The rooms are good, with nice views. Everything is clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Went to coral sea Aqua club for my wifes 59th birthday we had a great time staff were just great couldnt do enough for you the pool guys were rearly good always there with you cold drinks and Almid the pool guy so helpfull and friendly helps set your sunbeds up and the Animation team are so good every one gets on with them one that stands out is Shanai she is loved by every one even the kids love her they run up to her she is like a big sister to them and the rest of the guys are great at wot they do getting every one involved with the games and now the food hall the guys in there so lovely always got a smile and a warm welcome and they soon become your friends like family we are now home but miss them all we will be going back again

This is our 3rd time at this hotel, consecutively in a row. We will be booking next year. A perfect sized hotel that isn’t too big or too small. Improvements which could be made: 1. On themed nights in the restaurant, (oriental) reframe from using nuts in everything and on everything. This was inconvenient for my 3yr old with an allergy, it just didn’t cater to him at all. Luckily, head chef cooked to order everything for him and made sure he felt included. 2. Entertainment is boring and the sports bar is very basic. 3. Hotel needs one room for soft play or a room of toys for kids to run around in and have fun. 4. Kids club very basic and seemed like they were making use of very little. 5. My teenage was told to wear more clothes. I don’t appreciate anyone commenting on my daughter wearing a bikini or dictating that she should cover up. On the other hand, I’m glad they aren’t nonces and tried to encourage a different dress sense. 6. Don’t serve men before women. There is a queue for a reason. Dont be scared thinking you will get in trouble if someone rich is angry. PLUS POINTS: 1. Very attentive to those with allergies to food, very detailed and caring. 2. Spa made a bespoke package for the kids to join in by having a Turkish bath. 3. The hotel have started to employ more women in other roles (aside from animation team) which was nice to see. The lady in the spa was lovely, the lady who greeted you into the restaurant was also lovely. 4. The lifeguards take their position very seriously and ensure the safety of the children, even when the parents aren’t watching. 5. The hotel is high on quality water standards and test water several times a day. 6. More English guests this year made it soo much better. In the past, Russian families have cut queues, been verbally and physically aggressive and treated serving staff with disrespect (as well as English). 7. Needs icecream and ice lollies round the pool instead of icecream only in the buffet restaurant. We had a wonderful time. We tried a swim up room this year. The only issue I had this year was the cleaner just wasn’t maintaining the high standard they normally have, refusing to take rubbish and not bringing towels. Aside from that, both kids (12&3) enjoyed the hotel, the food, the staff.

We just got back from coral sea Aqua Park two days ago this being our 3rd time returning, myself partner son and his girlfriend, and will be our last time coming. we was very disappointed with the food this time round, the chicken does not taste like chicken, the beef that was cut up one night and put on my plate was very fatty, I did mention this to the staff and he told the manager straight away, I was eating my pudding and he comes over with some slices of beef what did look better and apologised but by then it was too late, we had all had meat on our plate that was fatty and this shouldn’t been the case. Apart from eating salad pasta and chips and one night lasagna there was nothing that looked appetising or taste very nice. We did go into the American restaurant opposite the main buffet we booked as that night it was seafood in the buffet, The food in the restaurant was awful my partner and son ordered the steak which they paid extra for as wasn’t part of the all-inclusive, was very fatty and chewy and not very nice, I had the barbecue chicken with chips, The chicken was not chicken had a horrible texture, and all of the chips were cold. One of the main things you look forward to when returning is the food so overall very disappointed, Apart from that we really did have a lovely time, The staff are so welcoming, and They really can’t do enough for you, they all work so hard with a smile on their face always asking how are you, have you had a good day. Our room was beautifully clean a lovely view, The entertainment in the daytime is good but not much on in the evening which we remembered about the time before, they do put a kids club on most evenings so good for the little ones, we don’t go to bed late so that doesn’t bother us too much. We love Egypt for the weather, but sadly won’t be returning.
