Wow!! What a lovely property! Nestled adjacent to a Deodar forest. Very polite and helpful staff. Beautiful experience. The pool is lovely. The restaurant has really delicious cuisines.

Chalets is an exceptional property in the midst of Woods and clouds. It quiet, peaceful and serene. Perfect getaway for those seeking quiet time. Plus all places like kufri, theog, shimla, mashobra are nearby. Staff is very helpful. Recommend highly.

The whole vibe of the chalet was just amazing … we were a family of 3 couples with kids …. The hotels GM was very very helpful to upgrade ur room to a 4 room glass house villa with a private garden and bornfire. All the chalet and cottages are very very themed and designed with lot of thought and tastefully. The service also was very quick and we Njoyed the Barbeque in the dinner. It’s a worth stay chalet Naldera nestled in the middle of Masobhra Naldera ….. must visit and great food ……polite and helpful staff and worth every penny . Do visit this place next time when anyone is in Naldera .

❤️The Chalets Naldera ❤️ The resort is absolutely beautiful and feels so close to nature. 🌿 The surroundings are peaceful, clean, and refreshing. The amenities were really good, and the food was super tasty. 🍲 The best part was the staff — very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. 💖 I enjoyed a lot with my family — we went for a nature walk and also did horse riding, which was a wonderful experience. 🐎 The tall deodar trees looked so hypnotic, and the view of the big, beautiful mountains was just mesmerizing. ⛰️ Overall, it’s a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy quality time with your loved ones. Highly recommended! 🌸

Chalets Naldhera is nowhere close to being a 4-star property. It feels more like a rundown lodge than a resort. The infrastructure is in terrible shape — damp, mouldy walls, broken fittings, and barely any maintenance. Most of the amenities don’t even work. WiFi? Forget about it. The management is extremely unprofessional and seems more interested in finding new ways to charge extra rather than providing decent service. Even the breakfast was utterly disappointing — stale, limited, and far from what you’d expect at this price point. Honestly, the rooms shouldn’t be priced above ₹3,000 per night given their shabby condition. Our trip was completely ruined by this experience. Don’t fall for the pictures — they’re misleading. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this property at all costs
