We have visited several times to eat. The staff are always professional, efficient and friendly. On this occasion Stacey and Neve looked after us so well, they are delightful and fabulous ambassadors for the Mytton. The food was delicious and of a very high quality in terms of taste and presentation. We are already planning our return.

Fantastic food and great service by Neve. The Game menu was a great option and my husband loved it. I loved the cod loin chowder, so good to go out and have something different on the menu.

Beautiful hotel/restaurant Staff awful and I think they feel way better than what they are. Food came ad hoc so no body eat at the same time (only 5 if us) Left a tip begrudgingly but it was laughed at! This review will probably be deleted as per other reviews. This could be amazing due its building and location. Get rid of the staff and renew. Real shame but horrendous experience

From the moment we stepped in, our bartender, George, completely made our experience at the pub. I came with a friend, and we're are regulars, but no trip here has been quite as good as George has made it today. Efficient, welcoming and friendly; George is exactly who makes the Mytton and Mermaid what it is today. George you legend - couldn't recommend this place more 🙌

Our bartender, George, is the kind of bartender every pub needs but none of us deserve! If every pub had a George behind the bar, the world would be a better (and better-served) place. We had the best evening out, catching up with friends and George’s efficiency and friendliness was the cherry on top!

Excellent service from Jess and her colleagues. Well done chef too . ‘Was the best crispy beef salad ever’ according to my wife.
