1.衞生不行，被子估計沒怎麼換，我家人皮膚直接過敏。如圖。
2.噪音超大，4點還沒睡着，空調風聲巨大，而且是不是異響，冰箱也是超響（拔掉了才好）
3.前台有個別人態度看起來就非常很差，給的尾房。
4.窗簾好土，跟拉閘門一樣，噪音也是非常大。
住了兩晚兩晚沒睡着！看圖五我在錄屏時間凌晨一直有響聲。很少評價，什麼都能忍，噪音睡不着不能忍。第一次這麼生氣。

The hotel is clean and located right by Orchard Road. Customer service is top notch! Will definitely book again if I return back to Singapore.

Booked for 2 rooms and it was good overall.
One of the room had blocked drain but not a big issue so didn't bother much.
Things to improve
1. Rest room odorous could be improved.
2. Swimming pool closes too early 7 or 7:30? Should open till 10 or 11 pm i hope.

Great location, convenient for getting around the Orchard area.
Sending my regards to Justin or Dustin — sorry, I can’t quite recall the name. He worked very hard and always showed great professionalism. Upon check-in, I was given the correct upgraded room type, but since it didn’t look quite like the photos, I asked if it was possible to change rooms. He kindly took the time to show me another one; although it wasn’t any different, I appreciated him taking the time to assist me.
However, on the night of check-in, I got a small cut on my hand that was bleeding, and I needed a medical tape to secure it. Unfortunately, the hotel couldn’t provide one — which I believe should be a basic item included in any hotel’s first-aid kit. Perhaps it was due to a misunderstanding or hotel policy, but it made me wonder what would happen if another guest encountered the same situation.
Aside from that, the overall stay with my girlfriend was fine, though as I mentioned — not good enough.
I’d also like to express my gratitude to the concierge team — they were very professional. As someone working in the hospitality industry, I truly appreciate your efforts. I would consider returning if I have the chance.

Everything is perfect. First off, the location is near the centre of Orchard Road which you can shop, dine in within a min of walk. Second, the services are the best in many ways, like you are given a free coffee making by the robot which is quite impressive. The mini bar snacks are good to have it, and the staff refill the water many bottles, such a good one, and as well as the toilet amenities. Lastly, the view from the room is amazing. I can look through the walking streets in the centre.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Singapore. This is my 2nd time staying here. Located right opposite Paragon shopping centre which is extremely convenient to travel around. Really love the calming scent right when I stepped into the hotel. Spacious and clean room. Comes with comfortable bed which I can sleep on all day long. Nice lighting everywhere in the hotel. Really love the rooftop pool especially the nice view of town from there. Will love to stay here again soon 😍
