酒店位置很好，距離地鐵站也很近，機場20分鐘，到哪裡都很方便。
看點評説酒店很老有點擔心，但是實際上完全不會，住得非常舒服，熱水很足，床品也舒服。 自助餐廳海鮮主題晚餐很不錯，螃蟹，蝦，三文魚，蟹腿等等都很好，還有意大利麪按份點餐，出品例如西餐廳般的擺盤。
唯一不足是新加坡施工太多，半夜馬路有噪音，經理幫換了更高層的房間特別周到，但是貌似不太解決問題。

這次來新加坡看望朋友順便short trip，入住新加坡麗思。這幾天住下來感覺非常不錯。
坡🌰位於濱海灣旁邊，旁邊挨着康萊德，文華東方等，打車很方便，但是坐地鐵要走600米左右，白天很曬。
房間整體設施偏舊，但是房間挑高非常高，配合50㎡的房間大小給人感覺非常寬敞。房間正面的景色一絕。浴缸處的八角窗，日景和夜景非常好。廁所不是智能馬桶，我能接受。
早餐在一樓，菜式多樣且豐盛，班尼蒂克蛋和煙燻三文魚很不錯。
健身房好評，全是life fitness的器材，安靜環境好。泳池晚上很出片，就是沒帶泳衣，遺憾未能下水。
此外遇到的絕大部分員工都會主動微笑向我打招呼，體驗感up up。給了下午3點的延遲退房，三點之後正好出發前往機場。
下次來新加坡必定再次入住，這次體驗感絕佳。

服務：非常非常滿意和熱情，即使英文很一般工作人員也在極力幫助我們解決問題。
環境：特別好，不愧是五星級酒店，景色服務超棒的，去濱海灣公園和金沙購物中心都很近。
衞生：乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全。
另外我提前給酒店留言説明是一家親子游，孩子 10 月生日，酒店提前預留了房間，還給孩子準備了星級廚師的甜點蛋糕和禮物，感覺很棒👍

第一次給酒店差評，應該是近幾年住過最差的酒店。
原因如下：
一、酒店房間空調温度無法調節，把空調温度調正在26，但房間温度一直在22度，後面和酒店協商換了房間，還是一樣，調節26度，房間一直在23度。
二、硬件太差。房間的插座竟有無法通電的情況，以及洗手間的裝修竟然有螺絲裸露在外。
三、叫客房服務平均響應時間30分鐘以上。
