Honestly cant fault it. A grand old building and stunning hotel. Possibly the best breakfast spread I have every had! You get access to faculties at the Fullerton Bay as well, so even more of a plus!

I am writing as a guest who stayed at your hotel from August 7th to 8th. The purpose of this email is to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by one of your staff members, Ms. Yesol Lee, a Korean hotelier.
Our family of four, under the name Park Daebeum, reserved two rooms during our stay. Thanks to Ms. Lee’s warm and thoughtful hospitality, we had a truly wonderful experience in Singapore.
Throughout our stay, we had many questions and needed various kinds of assistance. Ms. Lee was always kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She even supported us with an early check-in, which made our arrival smooth and comfortable. Most notably, my father was especially impressed by Ms. Lee’s polite manner and professional service. Her kindness left such a lasting impression that it made our last day in Singapore even more memorable.
Though it may be a small gesture, I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that Ms. Lee can be recognized or rewarded by the hotel for her outstanding work.

Elegant Stay with Thoughtful Touches
Our recent stay at The Fullerton Hotel was truly delightful. From the smooth check-in to the well-appointed room and excellent lounge service, every detail reflected the hotel’s high standards of hospitality.
We especially enjoyed the evening canapés at the lounge and appreciated the thoughtful in-room surprises that added a personal touch to our stay. A bonus highlight was watching the National Day Parade rehearsal with patriotic songs and mini fireworks from our balcony — a uniquely Singaporean experience.
The Fullerton continues to impress with its charm, service, and timeless elegance. We look forward to returning.

Great deal on trip! Booked the straits room with access to Straits Club. Service was excellent. Amenities were very good with toiletries from Diptyque. Location was amazing within walking distance to the quay areas.
