Sivota Diamond Spa Resort

Absolutely fantastic. Booked this beautiful hotel 7-21 Sept 2025 with Jet2 (who were also brilliant). From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome, the reception staff Magda and George and others which we didn’t catch their names were so friendly and professional. Another George took us backwards and forwards to the harbour and he was so friendly and helpful. We booked Villa Pearl with its own pool, wow, just amazing. So clean, lovely decor and pool and right next to main hotel building. Without exception the staff were so smiley and welcoming. Fantastic buffet food and the staff were just lovely. They remembered us each time we came in, wonderful management and good hot well cooked choices of food. The views from this hotel are really something, pool area fab and the pool bar and staff were great. Numerous occasions they bought us drinks to our room, nothing was too much trouble. The room was cleaned every day, did a lovely job and great attention to detail. The hotel really is beautiful, great choices of rooms. Wise to mention it is very steep, numerous steps and a very steep walk down to the harbour. Having said that the hotel staff are so helpful and can easily arrange taxis from the hotel entrance to the surrounding areas. Beautiful beaches nearby which must be visited, just fantastic. We did a day trip to Paxos and Antipaxos which was well worth it. You visit some beautiful blue pools and harbours, memorable trip. The Sivota Harbour area is wonderful, great choice of restaurants and bars, great for people and boat watching, beautiful. We did not want to leave this hotel and so hope to return very soon, cannot thank everyone enough for their service and welcome. Go to this hotel, you will absolutely love it and thank you to everyone who made our holiday one of the best we’ve ever had xxxx

From arriving at the hotel we instantly felt welcomed and relaxed and the view over the pools, sea and mountains is beautiful. The hotel is very clean, well maintained and all the staff are very friendly. Special mention to Nena and Dimitris who looked after us very well by the pool and bar area. The reception staff also very friendly and helpful (sorry didn’t get your names to mention you) . Good choice at breakfast buffet and the food at the snack bar was lovely. Quite a steep hill to walk to the town but Reception will book you a taxi for 4 or 5 Euros. Thank you for a lovely holiday - The Edgars & Mccarthys

I’m telling myself every time that this will be the last visit for some years, but this was the 6th. Visit since 2019. The Hotel itself is just wonderful and the Staff, no matter if it is the Reception, cleaning or the Restaurant, they always do their outmost to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Have to mention Panos (head of the Restaurant) who had an overview and impact on the Staff that clearly made everything work just perfect. Without doubt the best experience in the Restaurant of our 6 times at this Hotel. Only one thing that we find have to be improved - try to get rid of the Swallows who are building nests at the main building. The platforms you have put up under the roof on the main building has just increased the numbers of birds. They are very noisy in the morning and their excrements in and around the children’s pool were disgusting. But we will for sure be back soon.

We were a large group and the hotel kindly arranged a special wine tasting for us. It was such a fantastic experience. We all know each other quite well, but they handled our unruly bunch with kindness and professionalism, presenting 6 marvelous Greek wine, many of them from around Sivota. The hotel and its staff was also amazing. Normally, I'm not fond of having to eat all meals at the same place, but their buffet was always fresh, varied and with Greek specialties. Hope to come back again

Fantastic place and this was our 6th visit to Sivota Diamond Spa. The people has a very high service level and are kind people. Good food at the restaurant and fantastic view makes it a fantastic place to be and relax.
