интерьер, чистота, удобное расположение и вкусные завтраки-это все есть в отеле! 8 Марта прекрасный завтрак с икрой , мидиями и тортом на десерт, еще и тюльпан в подарок))) единственный минус: из окна стройка-поэтому окна сразу закрыли шторами

Замечательно отдохнули в Портуме. Отель атмосферный, оформлен со вкусом. Приятный запах в помещении отеля. Милые подарочки гостям( яблоки и конфеты в вазочках в холле отеля), живые цветы на столиках в ресторане и холле. Номера выдержаны в общем стиле, хорошая косметика в ванной. Порадовала возможность раннего заселения в номер и комплимент от отеля- шоколад и бутылочка игристого. Завтраки достойные ( шведский стол). Ресторан при отеле отдельная история: лучшая пицца в Сочи, отличные десерты , разнообразная винная карта.Спасибо владельцам отеля и замечательному персоналу за наш отдых!

Из плюсов- рядом с морем, красивый интерьер. Остальное- минусы. Очень шумно, рядом три (!) стройки, работают без перерыва и выходных. Слышно везде!! Выспаться не получится от слова совсем. Но что самое интересное, персонал нагло врет, что в отеле тихо! Притом, что звонила и спрашивала заранее. В номере 12 и 13 к тому же работает вытяжка от кухни, идёт постоянно гул и вибрация. Об этом, конечно, тоже не сообщают. Несут какую-то чушь о направлении ветра). И завтраки так себе- то, что должно быть горячее- то холодное и маленький выбор блюд. То что закончилось- более не приносят. В общем, не вернусь точно

Прекрасный отель! Стильный, атмосферный. Номеров не много, и людей соответственно тоже, тихо спокойно. Очень чисто в номерах, каждый день уборка на совесть. Расположение идеальное, пляж Ривьера практически рядом с отелем. Завтраки отличные, разнообразные, все свежее и вкусное.

Потрясающий отель!! Шикарно стилизован! Номера очень уютные, интерьер продуман до каждой мелочи, видно, что вложена душа владельцев отеля!! Кухня ресторана при отеле шикарна!! 2 мин ходьбы от гор пляжа. Обслуживание клиентов на высоте! Вполне соответствует 5* как минимум!, а не присвоенным 4*!!! Не нашли ни одного минуса!! Однозначно рекомендую!! Стоит каждой оплаченной копейки!! При заезде комплимент от отеля-шампанское с шоколадкой)) мелочь, но мало, какой отель так делает в номерах любой категории. Одном словом восхитительно!!!
