I got a free massage at the Heaven Pool. The drinks are outstanding at the pool as well. Riga is very accommodating as well as Jose and Mike were kind and always willing to help.

Really enjoyed the facial massages by the pool by Oscar and Sara! Favorite restaurant was Wai and Umo. Great visit for the Cancun Challenge to cheer on the Richmond Spiders!

Excellent service from the pool side pool concierge team, especially from Will I Am and Tony who supplied us with a poolside treatment of massage and refreshment therapy which was all included in our package and they took special care to explain everything. Excellent service

Great experience! Loved the entertainment and pool activities. Otto was great with all the games and water aerobics. So much fun. We have come several times to this Hard rock location because of the many restaurants, shows and activities available. Great service too! Can’t wait to come again. ❤️
