Booked a Queen bed room but hotel gave me two single bed room. Hotel promised to change room by tomorrow. After I changed the room, found out it wad same two single room. They only put two single together and put queen size bed sheet to cover two bed. Then they said it is Queen bed room. Service is too bad.

Service EXTRÊMEMENT lent! Très peu d’organisation pour les Check in / check out. Il n’est pas rare d’attendre 15 min au bar pour un coca alors qu’il n’y a aucun client .. les collègues discutent entre eux. Mais personnel sympas en général
Par contre, attention au personnel de piscine ( les sauveteurs) ils se permettent de prendre les transat et parasol déjà utilisé en disant que nous sommes pas dessus ah bah oui effectivement je suis allé me rafraîchir à l’eau. Il est préférable de donner un peu d’argent à ces sauveteurs pour avoir des transats.
Climatisation de la chambre HS.. 28 degrés à l’intérieur de celle-ci bcp de réclamations mais très peu d’actions.
Dommage l’hôtel est sympas , pas super bien placé mais ça fait bien l’affaire
Je ne suis pas sûre de renouveler l’expérience là-bas. En tout cas , ce qui est sûr c’est que ce n’est pas un cinq étoiles

Hotel that is nice and well equipped. Restaurants are great. Room is bit hot and stuffy. Pool is nice so is the gym.

Beach is good with plenty of sunbeds
Very nice pools and inside seawater pool is amazing
Unfortunately some sunbeds covers were very dirty ( picture attached )
Otherwise all staff reception and staff are well cooperating and great ( Ghofrin and Jehid specially )

Location is great, good breakfast, and lobby is good.
WiFi signal is poor, TV is small and bad!
Attitude issues with the beach lifeguard.
