My room offered a quiet, luxurious retreat with excellent soundproofing, a plush bed, and all the thoughtful touches a seasoned traveler appreciates — from a well-stocked minibar to sleek workspace lighting. The Executive Lounge was a standout: • Afternoon Tea featured delicate pastries, savoury bites, and premium teas with skyline views. • Dinner service balanced Asian and Western selections, all fresh and well-presented. • Staff were discreet, sharp, and intuitive — offering genuine hospitality without overstepping. The breakfast buffet at Sailendra Restaurant was exceptional — one of the best in Jakarta.
