Hotel Saint Louis, Autograph Collection

Horrible experience. Overpriced and staff could care less of your concerns. I visited the Adler Club and it was empty. Front desk did not care. 1st time visitor. Go somewhere else where they actually value your status.

We have three room including a junior king suite for a family trip. Rooms are decent, but not up to Marriott standards (much less Autograph standards) - nothing egregiously bad but when I say not up to Marriott standards I mean: cheap plastic shower fixtures that deliver inadequate flow; missing extra bedding; only two towel sets in room and makeup cloth disappeared after first day; plastic water cups; etc. again. No deal kilerd on the room quality and it looks to have been recently refreshed, but more like Days Inn as opposed to Autograph. Biggest issues with hotel are the parking, and the restaurant. Parking first... Valet service which is $50 per night (!!) is stacked up and understaffed with only single valet. Even getting into the valet line for parking is hit or miss. Worse, the cars are parked in an open lot next to the building. Very scary and would not recommend leaving anything in car. Single 9k Tesla charger was not working and underpowered anyway. I expected a lot more from an Autograph hotel, and certainly at least a secure parking facility. And $50 exceeds Chicago rates. As far as the restaurant, we are there one time for breakfast. Omelates tasted like old fry oil and were hard as a rock. Bacon was stale. Not surprisingly the restaurant was empty, but there are few breakfast options nearby as downtown STL is dying or dead. Overall very middling experience and makes me question the Autograph designation.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Saint Louis and had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant onsite. The dining experience was delightful due to the service and conversation with our server Abhishek. He was knowledgeable and professional and we would ask for him again the next time we visit

Nice comfortable rooms but no complimentary coffee- the charge is $3.50 per cup. Also no number to call Valet for your car so you just go stand and wait. On Sunday am we waited almost 30 minutes for our car. Only 1 person working. Room wasn’t cleaned until after 4 pm.

Love the hotel But at night sitting at the bar and being served by Troy was the best A true gentleman, the best service Everyone is nice but Troy is a person you will always remember
