Great location, friendly service, clean.

It was our first time in Stockholm and we couldn’t have picked a better Hotel! Very clean and the breakfast was superb! Staff were amazing! Especially Joanna,Eleni and Lian! They couldn’t do enough for us and all the staff made us feel very special! Location was perfect! I would certainly go back without a doubt.

Old European meets modern touches. We loved this hotel. Quiet elegance. Very comfortable beds. Good room temperature controls. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant helpful staff. Very clean. Great location. Would definitely go back (to hotel and Stockholm).

I’m so glad I did my research and read the glowing reviews—Bank Hotel in Stockholm exceeded every expectation from start to finish.n From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, the service was truly impeccable. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond, making our stay both special and seamless. Special thanks to Bemnet Werede, the Hotel Manager, who personally checked us out and walked us to our taxi—what a thoughtful gesture. And Otilla at the front desk was an absolute gem, spending 45 minutes helping me navigate spa appointment bookings with patience and kindness. Highlights not to miss: 1. Rooftop Bar: This is a *must*. The views over the city are absolutely stunning, and the cocktails were creative and delicious.. 2. Hotel Bar: Don’t overlook this spot for a casual bite—the burger was one of the best we had during our two weeks in Northern Europe. The shrimp salad was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. Bonus: they made a fresh margarita for me—always a treat when abroad! 3. Bonnie’s: As many have said, it’s gorgeous. Breakfast was efficient and delicious every morning (the French toast off the alacarte menu is a must!). We also made room for the famous “Smash the Piggy Bank” dessert one night—fun, delicious, and definitely big enough for 2–4 people. 4. Our Room – Essential Classic with King Bed: Spotless, stylish, and incredibly well-appointed. Every thoughtful detail was covered: plush robes and slippers, high-end toiletries, a coffee maker and tea kettle, daily stocked still and sparkling water, earplugs, beautiful postcards, and even a kit with razor, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. in case you forgot. Each day, housekeeping surprised us with a treat—healthy energy shots, candies, chips, and olives. To top it off, they recognized our wedding anniversary with a bottle of Swedish sparkling tea (a non-alcoholic bubbly that looks like champagne), chocolates, and a personalized note. So lovely! The decor and vibe are exactly what I love—modern elegance with classic old world character and charm. The Bank Owl logo throughout the hotel is such a fun touch, too. The hotel was well located and you could to walk to everything yet on a quiet street away from the crowds. Honestly, this was some of the most attentive and personalized service I’ve ever encountered in all my travels. If you’re considering where to stay in Stockholm, do yourself a favor and book the Bank Hotel—you will not be disappointed!
