Very nice hotel. Room was clean and tidy. Very warm but windows open. Lovely staff and the food and drink was superb.

Fabulous manor, grounds splendid. Rooms lovely so welcoming. Service great and restaurant lovely food fabulous. Breakfast was lovely. Just perfect. I’ve stayed here over many years and watched it being transformed by many owners . A lovely stay.

Rooms beautiful and comfortable everything you need . Bath and shower hairdryer. The staff were just wonderful especially Matt restaurant manager who just shines so friendly and helpful . Maybe some of the best staff Food was beautiful and tasty . Beautiful surroundings. Breakfast was served and the sausages best I’ve ever tried . Thanks to Lauren and Liv for making it so easy and getting us everything we needed . check in out was very quick and easy . The lovely lady on reception kirstie I think her name was really was helpful and helped us play a little joke on my friend . Amazing stay will defo be back

Outstanding value and fabulous location. Had a really great healthy salad in the evening sunshine in their beautiful garden. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. All of the staff have been friendly and super helpful. I had time to jog around their amazing grounds this morning before a first class breakfast. This has become my monthly stay whilst working with a client in Kidderminster. It’s a gem!

went via Great Little Breaks on a RHS Malvern and Severn the RHS Malvern and Severn Valley Steam Railway. Some pictures of this below Reception was friendly and helpful (as were all the staff). Room was well presented with good bathroom facilities and a bed you could really get a good sleep on. It would have been nice to have two chairs though. Internet TV was difficult to use to get say BBC1 and I'm a technical fundi. Dinners were really tasty and attentively served by our waitresses (missey and another). Basically a Prix Fixe £42 from their a-la-carte menu so good value too (sample pics) Continental buffet or full English Breakfast were excellent. They obviously have these special packages throughout the year so we'll bear that in mind as it's a hotel to come back to.

We had a very nice stay at Hogarths recently. The room was lovely, very warm and clean with a fabulous shower and a very comfortable bed. Basic amenities in the room which was nice but we did have to ask for more tea, sugar and milk. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding, the restaurant experience for both were faultless with delicious meals and very attentive staff. One thing we did feel on this occasion was that the reception team were pretty vague in regards to information. We were not informed upon arrival of breakfast times, nor were we informed upon arrival what time we needed to vacate the room by upon departure. Upon asking for more milk for the room, we were told that a member of the team would be happy to bring some to our room, but it never came. These things aren't a huge deal but small things that would have made our stay a bit smoother.

Birthday treat from my Son & Daughter-in-Law which included an overnight stay & a spa treatment. The hotel is beautiful & set in the most stunning grounds, our room was fabulous & super spacious/comfortable/spotlessly clean, the food amazing & cooked to perfection & the spa treatment was perfect, in fact, probably the best I've ever had. Every member of staff we encountered were very professional & super friendly/welcoming but I'd like to give a special mention to Louise, Nickie & Jo (on reception) as they made our stay that extra bit special & they were a joy to chat to - thank you ladies! I'd also like to thank our Daughter-in-Law Amy Bah for arranging the most perfect stay, you thought of everything - all 4 ladies are an absolute credit to your business.

The restaurant and the bar staff are excellent. Very friendly and professional. The food was excellent really lovely experience. The hotel is lovely but the soundproofing between the rooms is so bad when the guests in the next room were talking you would have thought they were in the room with you. The only other complaint is the wi fi is none existent in the room and in the twenty first century that’s not excitable. If you advertise something you should have it . Other then that it was a lovely stay.
