Excellent location the staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms right in the middle of the historic district with coffee and hot tea available all day at no extra charge.Would definitely stay again.

Central location near the cathedral. Nice furnishing and surrounded by old town buildings. A bit weird that the two bedside tables were not of the same colour.

Das Hotel liegt fantastisch, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen sind in direkter Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage ist sehr Zentrumsnah, schwer zu finden, das NAVI hat versucht uns vors Haus zu lotsen, was sich als sehr schwer herausstellte, Verfügbarkeit der Parkplätze ungenau definiert, sehr teuer.
Empfang, man fühlte sich anfänglich gar nicht willkommen, der Mitarbeiter, hat nach kurzer Begrüssung einfach mit einer Mitarbeiterin des Reinigung diensten länger am Telefongesprochen. Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer, ist auch sehr in das Alter gekommen, Badewannen Dusche, Fugen welche sich lösen, nach einrichten von unserem Material, kamen plötzlich eine andere Familie in unser Zimmer, wurde doppelt vergeben. Nach 2,5 Stunden Besichtigung der Stadt ,und retour ins Zimmer war unsere Zimmerkarte blockiert, musste Reklamieren, ein Chaos.

Hotel Rohan is steps away from the cathedral and centrally located to all of the must sees in Strasbourg. It is a short walk to trams. The breakfast was included and was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodations were roomy and the bathroom was modern. Because the weather was good we kept the windows open at night. It was too noisy early in the early morning for that! When we turned on the AC and kept the windows closed the noise was not an issue. A room in the back of the hotel faces a quiet street so perhaps that would have been a better choice if you want to keep the windows open. I highly recommend the hotel.
