I cannot say enough wonderful things about out this beautiful hotel. This was my 3 trip and the best so far (I will be going again:). The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. The shuttle service into town was so easy and the food was 5 star! The breakfast frittata was the best I’ve ever had! Between the staff and the natural beauty of the hotel (so quietly luxurious) our trip was amazing! We had dinner reservations but chose instead to stay in because the food and views were so good! We were treated like royalty. I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels but this FAR exceeds any of them! Thanks to all who made our twin birthday celebration so special!

The Waldorf Astoria Park City was incredible! Before we arrived, Dallin was a great help sharing local hiking trails to explore as well as coordinating a couples massage treatment. During our stay, all the staff was so welcoming and had incredible attention to detail. It was great to meet Dallin on property during our stay, he helped coordinate transportation to and from town during our stay and had great recommendations. We look forward to returning for another season!

We spent two nights for our anniversary at the WA park city and both left very underwhelmed. The pool was nice enough, albeit way too small for the size of the resort. The wait staff were as attentive as they could be as there were not enough of them for the weekend crowd. The poolside food was average. Around 3 o’clock they bring out a DJ and any hope of a relaxing poolside experience goes out the window. They BLAST music, which gives off more of a Cancun/springbreak vibe than scenic park city. There is a small 18+ older hot tub that was completely overrun by 13 year olds, and nobody seemed to be monitoring it. The poolside experience quickly went downhill and we packed up and left. It was not great The room was nice enough, I wouldn’t call them luxurious by means. Think slightly more high end than a Marriott. My main complaint was the room had a large window above the other windows that could not be covered. So when the sun pops up at 5:30/6:00 so do you. With small kids at home we were looking forward to sleeping in a little. I asked for a room change, and apparently they were completely booked. The $50 mandatory daily parking fee is a little excessive. Overall, it was not great. We had just come home from WA Pedregal in February there’s no comparison. Waldorf Astoria Park city is a miss.

We have never had such a wonderful hotel experience as we had when we stayed at the Waldorf Park City. The staff makes you feel like you are their only priority from the moment you check in until you check out. Darwin provided us with so many great suggestions about things to do and places to see. We ran into him all over the hotel and it was like running into an old friend. Matt at the front desk saved the day when there was a blip in our service, resolving things immediately like it was a code red when it most certainly was not! The car service into Park City was great and much needed as parking is tough there. Powder was wonderful. The food and service top notch. Hilton diamond benefits were wonderful including room upgrade, late check out and generous F&B credit daily. It was also great meeting Jill in the elevator by accident one night which demonstrates how well the staff is trained at getting to know their guests. This was the most awesome hotel!

We recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Park City for our very first vacation as a family with our 5-month-old baby, and it was an experience we'll never forget! We would like to thank Dallin, in particular, for such a memorable stay. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a smile and a lovely upgrade from a king kitchenette room to a 1-bedroom suite. The extra space for mom and dad to relax while baby napped was pure bliss! The team had also already had prepared the crib prior to arrival and gave our son a miniature moose mascot stuffy at check-in. Traveling with an infant can be stressful, but Dallin and his team made everything feel effortless. I spoke with him over the phone a few weeks before our arrival and when we met at the resort, he greeted us with genuine warmth and attentiveness. He took the time to ensure we had everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. My husband and I were chatting with him during our s'more nightcap, and he had asked if we had any food restrictions, which we did not. To our surprise, not even 10 minutes later, we returned to our room to the sweetest note and treats to enjoy for our last night at the Waldorf. The staff's thoughtfulness and attention to detail made us feel right at home. They consistently called us and our son by name, gave helpful tips for family-friendly activities nearby, and offered complimentary shuttles / car ride services into town. The property itself is stunning, nestled in a beautiful mountain setting with all the luxury and comfort you'd expect from a Waldorf Astoria. But it’s the people who truly made this trip unforgettable for our new family. We’re so grateful and can’t wait to return!

We recently stayed at the Waldorf with our seven and five year old for a ski over spring break, we had the best trip! Every employee went above and beyond with exceptional customer service! The hotel location was across the street from the gondola and was very easy to manage with young children. The ski butlers would hand us our gear each day and collect it at the bottom of the gondola. Diogo was our guest experience person and was exceptional, he was so kind to our young children and went above and beyond with any request! Diogo gifted our kids each a hotel mascot stuffy (a fox and moose). Diogo was also very thoughtful and checked in with us each day. Our concierge Dalvin was very kind and helpful with dinner requests and helping schedule a car service. Dalvin also gave our children coloring books before we went to dinner. Jeff and Furkan also offered amazing customer service with car transportation. We also ate at Powder and had a great meal. Thomas was a fantastic waiter and had wonderful recommendations. The leek potato soup was. 10/10! Our children were huge fans of the hot cocoa and s’mores bar every night! They also loved the kids French toast for breakfast! The Waldorf made our trip extra special and are so impressed with how kindness and customer service that was provided! We can’t wait to come back next year with our kids!

I travel a lot and stay in hotels 100 nights a year since 1965. This Waldorf Astoria is an exceptional gem in great little Park City. The staff are friendly, professional, courteous and excellent. Our room is immaculately clean and the housekeeping staff are all happy and professional. We ate every mean here at the hotel and the staff in the Powder restaurant are exceptional as is the quality of the food. Room service is alert and ready to go when I get back late at night from my work, and everything seems so well managed that it makes me want to be a HILTON HONORS DIAMOND member again, despite the fact that after ten years of being a DIAMOND member I had never had an upgrade, a DIAMOND parking spot etc, so I began booking Hilton Hotels at AMERICAN EXPRESS. This is a brilliantly managed hotel/resort/spa ski in ski out eat well, sleep like a log, in peace and quiet surrounded by professionals and not one beer cooler around. Congratulations to the manager of this perfect spot!!

I attended a wedding here and it was a wonderful property. The service was great and the overall feel was very mountain chic. It seems as though this hotel gets a lot of east coast visitors and is really accommodating to people that are "out of their element" 5 stars
