六百多就能拿下對比上海便宜很多，酒店設計的很好看離地鐵也近，各方面服務都非常好，前台還免費幫忙升級了房間，房間裏可以直接看到東方之門。服務安保衞生都非常好，早餐供應的湯包很好吃。

房間一般 地理位置靠近地鐵口 但是周邊晚上10點沒有什麼吃飯地方的 。酒店沒有手機充電器 早餐第一天品種比較多 第一2天差一點 整體服務還可以 如果想住金雞湖這裏附近可以選擇

整體感覺還是不錯的，但是希望外窗玻璃可以擦乾淨些，看外面景色時體驗感不是很好。還有就是到餐廳吃飯不能穿酒店的拖鞋，在前台入住時候可以做個提醒，要不去用餐的時候感覺好尷尬，換酒店準備的不是一次性的拖鞋，感覺不太衞生。

來看華晨宇演唱會的，在酒店住了三晚，酒店雖然設施不是很新，但是非常乾淨衞生，服務也很周到，不愧是老牌的五星級酒店,出行也很方便，樓下就是地鐵，到場館非常方便，散場回酒店也很快，蘇州這方面做得很不錯，這次給蘇州上大分！

預訂了湖景大床房，前台給免費升級成了110平的大套房。非常寬敞，一室一廳兩衞，洗漱用品齊全，客廳窗景很美，夜景更甚。房間也乾淨舒適。離地鐵站和誠品書店都很近，下次來還會考慮住這家。

每次來蘇州都入住凱悦，這次的體驗真的差強人意，一定要來寫個評論
服務：由於前一天入住時間較晚，晚上十一點多才到達酒店，提前與酒店溝通 在前台也確認了 可以延遲到14點退房，實際12:30就打電話到房間提醒已經免費延長半小時了，需要我現在立刻收拾東西下來退房，跟他説明情況之後也是一再強調14點前就必須在前台退房，這種情況之前從來沒出現過 很無語。
入住當天已經晚上十一點，前台小姐姐服務還是挺熱情的，但不知為什麼 説衹能查詢到我一天的住宿訂單，來回折騰了很久，很累，訂的是金雞湖景房，最後給到的房號10號，也差不多是湖景方向的最後一間 看不到多少湖景了，將近十二點了 也不想折騰換房，同時check in時候 隔壁還主動給客人升級了房型….而我這邊還在查找訂單….鮮明對比
表揚一下樓層的清潔阿姨 路過都會熱情打招呼，並且觀察到我們出門拿了水，主動為我們房間多放了兩瓶水，特別棒
