The location is good, it is in the centre of the attractions. The vibe of the hotel is so pretty and peaceful. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. Special callout to 小刘 who went above and beyond to ship our t-shirt that we accidentally left at the hotel to Shanghai for us. Would love to go back again.

The location is excellent, right inside Pingjiang Road, which makes getting around and sightseeing very convenient.
The warm and thoughtful service from the staff left a strong impression.
The hotel’s amenities and electronic appliances were carefully selected and of high quality, which I truly appreciated.
Overall, it is a beautifully curated and private boutique hotel in a great location.
I hope the hotel continues to maintain this level of quality and service in the future.

帶父母出行，酒店貼心地安排了離公共區域最近的兩間房。房間佈局很好，設施便利。餐廳的菜品雖然不是特別多，但也足夠，而且口味很好。酒店位置開車可直接到門口，出門右轉就是平江路步行街，司機周師傅也會幫忙送到周邊的景點，而且還會介紹蘇州的歷史與特色。前台小徐熱情周到，每次微信溝通事情，都響應快速，感謝。
