Fantastic newly opened hotel. Employees are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic and the hotel atmosphere allows to relax. Perfect for some stacation and business eventd outside of shanghai. Martin is awesome, always checking in and delivers excellent service.
Super Hotel am YangCheng Lake. Das Hotel hat neu eröffnet. Die Zimmer am See haben einen super Ausblick und bieten maximale Erholung. Die Nähe zu Shanghai bietet eine gute Möglichkeit für einen Erholungstrip oder für Businessevents.
Martin Yang lieferte exzellenten service und spricht etwas deutsch, was ihn noch sympathischer macht.

差評首先給到服務 一開始選擇悦榕莊是衝著牌子還有3000一晚價格去的 度假麼 就想放鬆一下咯 嘿沒想到的是 這價格和服務完全不匹配啊 前台服務很差 衹有一位非常專業就是幫我辦理入住的男生 有一位女性服務人員特別差自稱libby不知道真假 我打電話去前台她和我説話的口氣沒有尊重還要懟我 然後吃早飯是需要坐接駁車的打電話去前台沒人接的 然後要自己走過去餐廳吃飯 非常的不專業 無力吐槽了我已經
可以這麼説 給我的感覺就是看出來是沒有培訓過的非常非常不專業
花錢有被噁心到的感覺
注重服務的可以避雷了
然後和旁邊的悦柳公共空間都是通用的也很醉

今年生日第1次入住悦榕莊酒店給我帶來了前所未有的儀式感滿足了我的一切情緒價值，衷心的感謝酒店把房間佈置的非常的温馨，還送了生日蛋糕，味道好極了，孩子全部吃完了，體驗七度旅拍西婭，果然是女人最懂女人，拍出來的照片全是我喜歡的，一定要推她薦給姐妹。泳池工作人員Barrywang.帥哥陽光認真負責。還體驗了酒店的spa非常的放鬆，工作人員非常的專業，我竟然睡著了。早餐非常的豐盛，服務周到乾淨整潔。節假日和特別的日子真的是首選悦榕莊。真心值得推薦。

先説結論：帶娃第一次體驗悦蓉系酒店，整體可以説無可挑剔，細節處都可以感覺到酒店的用心，感歎貴有貴的道理，以後有條件一定再次入住。
環境&設施：酒店環境優美，坐擁陽澄湖美景，綠化設計精緻，處處可見江南園林的雅緻韻味。餐廳提供多樣化的美食選擇，尤其是本地湖鮮料理，口味鮮美且擺盤考究。
服務：每位工作人員都很有禮貌，從入住到離店都讓人倍感貼心，一個電話就有專車接送，而且期間考慮我們帶着孩子，特別安排餐廳坐位包括寶寶椅，坐船，餵鴨子等等活動。
衞生：寶寶都是赤腳在屋子裡走的，可見房間非常整潔舒適。層高非常高，設施一塵不染，床品柔軟。考慮到夏天有蚊蟲，還準備了防蚊噴霧及電蚊香。
