來蘇州玩住的 設施衞生都沒什麼問題 地段很好 離秋褲就一點點距離 有外賣機器人
在酒店弄丟了耳釘，以為肯定找不到了結果離店第二天找到了，馬上就給順豐寄出了，服務很好 再次説明衞生是認真打掃的👍

我個人覺得環境還是不錯的，除了房間有一點點小之外，其實別的都還不錯，然後位於蘇州經濟湖邊上，CBD正中心擁有很好的景色，離市中心也很方便，離地鐵站什麼的都很不錯，住的也很舒心，就是房間有點小

房間設施很一般，門不會自動吸回，晚上回來發現門都沒關上，也是自己大意了，要用力拉才能關上，另一個房間會自動關上。洗漱台下水特別慢，半天了還沒下去。網絡連接半天才解決好。前台服務也很一般
