Excellent hotel! Upon arrival, we were surprisingly upgrade to a lake view suite. The suite exceeded my expectation. All staff were met were very friendly. We had a very good time staying at Kempinski Hotel.

酒店位置超讚，坐落在金雞湖和獨墅湖之間 ，周邊環境靜謐優美，被湖泊和森林環繞，彷彿置身於城市中的世外桃源。從房間窗户望出去，湖光山色盡收眼底，讓人瞬間心曠神怡。而且酒店離蘇州中心、誠品書店等熱門打卡點都很近，出行十分方便。

這次定了兩晚第一晚住的湖景房，第二晚換到豪華高爾夫大床房，房間都在18樓，同一個樓層兩邊的風景都非常漂亮，湖景房正對面獨墅湖，高爾夫大床房面對高爾夫球場和遠處的金雞湖，東方之門，摩天輪尼格羅大酒店盡收眼底，無論是晚上白天兩邊的風景都非常漂亮，房間面積很大，48平米落地窗足夠氣派，酒店的泳池是國標級別的50米長對我這個喜歡游泳的人來説是一大驚喜，這次是在**上買的相對價格比較划算，買了兩份，還有一份準備年底使用。

免費升級了湖景房，面對獨墅湖，白天可以，晚上就沒什麼了，也許對着金雞湖的高爾夫景房晚上景色更好，能看摩天輪，東方之門等，房間夠大，設施有點老，算乾淨，位置有點偏，打車的時候，個別車不願進來，冰箱不製冷，裏面飲料是常温的，問客房部要了冰塊，房間Wi-Fi 慢得沒法看視頻，早餐品種多，部份品種味道一般，麪條餛飩好吃，服務挺好的

不愧是老牌酒店，服務沒話説！在出行前一天，會主動聯繫並加微信，有什麼需求聯繫賓客關係Yolanda，會及時回覆協助解決。酒店內的早餐很豐富，另外還要誇誇酒店內的餐廳，中餐味道很好吃，慕尼黑啤酒餐廳非常有特色，不僅菜美味還有酒店自釀的鮮啤也很好喝，住店客人在酒店用餐都打八折，非常划算喲～

很滿意的酒店，位置很好，類似度假村一般單獨擁有大片湖岸線景觀。前台主動給升級了套房，雖然房間硬件偏老舊不適應年輕人的喜好了，但作為中年人住住覺得性價比很高。房間極大，隔音很好，更別説可以有大幅玻璃窗看絕美的夕陽晚霞，很推薦。早餐品種也很豐富。

提前一天酒店打電話來確認，還親切的幫我換成了雙床房。對於一家寵物友好酒店來説，我覺得真是不錯，每個餐廳也有固定的攜帶寵物用餐區。就是這個早餐用餐區實在不能理解。在餐廳的外面，自動扶梯旁，每個用餐的人都要經過，桌子奇小，我們是沒付錢還是怎麼了？！感覺是餐廳賞了口飯給我吃，不太舒服。
酒店外面就是金雞湖，劃漿板很舒服。
還是蠻推薦的。

帶老爸老媽及愛寵訂了兩個房間入住一晚，總體感覺不錯。因酒店有規定，寵物房和客房不能安排在同一個層面，一個在5樓，一個在15樓，所以不太方便，還有寵物房洗漱間的枱麪要比正常的枱麪高出許多，使用起來不太舒服，不知為何？
