床睡的很舒服，也很衞生、乾淨、清靜，離金雞湖、平江路、觀前街、葑門橫街等熱門景點都很近，也很方便。工作人員的服務態度很好，基本做好有求必應。

酒店位置非常方便！早飯很豐富很好吃！酒店到幾個景點都很方便！建議自駕游去蘇州玩入住。酒店總體來説還不錯。本來想問能不能給升級，但前台拒絕了。入住其它酒店都會給會員升級。希望以後給升級

酒店位置極佳，高架下來就到了，地下停車庫停車方便，酒店離地鐵站也近。前台小姑娘服務主動熱情周到，有問必答。酒店大堂寬敞明亮，房間温馨乾淨，早餐很豐富，下次來蘇州還會選擇住這裏。

和家人自駕遊，也是緣份，選了這家酒店。雖然酒店的大堂給人的感覺不那麼明亮，但房間的寬敞和舒適倒是出乎意料，酒店的早餐品種也較豐富，味道也適口。值得一提的是，酒店的員工無論是前台，還是樓層服務員都非常友善有禮，有需求都能及時回覆和解決，退房時還特別贈送了保温的礦水，這份温度有點暖進了我們心裏。

房間還算乾淨整潔，但性價比一般，冰箱裏空空如也，那怕放上作為收費項目也可；地面有一定破損，還呈現黑色很難看，浴巾床品舒適度也一般，我自己開車和打車司機都建議要做個指示為宜
