Hotel was in a great location and was the tallest building in this area. Room had good view of sunrise, although my room was facing the industrial estate side. Breakfast had lots of choices and tasted good. Only regret is not enough time to enjoy the room!

We had the best stay at Niccolo. It was my husband’s birthday and the staff at Niccolo really made his birthday special - from the delicious birthday cake they sent to our room to the complimentary drinks at the hotel bar, everyone made him feel very special!
The hotel room itself was beautiful, very spacious and fantastic views over the lake of the incredible Suzhou lights!
Location was great too, very convenient and close to downtown Suzhou.
We will definitely return - we really had the best time!

Lovely time at the Niccolo. Service is really good, rooms superb, and breakfast is second to none. Just a couple of cleanliness issues we came across in the room, such as dust behind the supporting pillar and a grubby vase. Nevertheless would stay again!

Simply an exquisite hotel, with great service, perfect views and location, luxurious rooms and lovely bonuses like free fruit and chocolates.
The top floor had excellent swimming pool, sauna steam room and whirlpool available until 11pm when every other place I've been closed at 9 or earlier.

In general had a great time in there. Breakfast staff could be better, they were all feeling scared to talk to a foreigner couple. An unnecessary situation, we arrived 3 minutes before starts the breakfast and they came showing the paper that would open at 7am, right, it was 6:57, my husband laughed, the employees inside the restaurant were ready, just waiting. Beside that things were nice.
