Before arriving, I contacted the hotel to help me book the SPA and photoshoot appointment. Lori 李丢丢, the manager helped me and patiently guided me through the process. She was kind, warm, was always smiling, and most importantly spoke in English effeciently. 👌
When we went for SPA and hot spring the receptionists and massage lady, 姜社红，郭娜, 李青衫 all very kind. They couldn't speak English so we had to rely on the little Chinese we know, their warmth, patience, and more importantly, the translator. 😁
All the staff at the hotel were generally helpful and warm. It's the kind of atmosphere we are looking for. when travelling. Aside from the good amenities, the people are worth coming back for.

Went to the hotel for a relaxing birthday getaway weekend. Was perfect! Room was great, beds were really comfortable and bathtub was awesome. The facilities were great too! Swimming pool, sauna, and hot springs made it even more relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Steven for assisting with everything during our stay. Also to Lydia who helped us with vegan options at the restaurant. Looking forward to going back!

New to this part of Suzhou, so I didn't expect the nearest metro station to be surrounded by malls (and a ***** of late night eateries, if you didn't catch the hotel dinner). Villa rooms were great, and would be best spent with friends or family. Outdoor springs were good, spent the time with friends who weren't all too comfy with the usual hot springs where you need to get nude. Nearby East Tai Lake is worth an afternoon visit after you check out. There were only a handful of tourists around the weekend we were there, which made the stay much much more special.

Loving the service and amenities of this hotel. We went there during the count down weekend, we didn't manage to get our breakfast, the front desk packed 4 sets of breakfast for us as we need to rush to the train station. The hot springs were amazing too. This is by the lake, so you can actually rent their bikes to cycle along the beautiful lake.
