服務很貼心，在辦入住的時候，工作人員有幫忙照顧寶寶，還給了小玩偶，看到有寶寶也主動安排了防護欄，環境不錯，要是能延長早飯時間就更好了

酒店環境很好，比較大氣，很大的園林景，很安靜，超出預期。房間比較乾淨，總體住着不錯。離地鐵4號線樂橋站和三元坊站都不是太遠，走路大約10多分鐘距離。

酒店位置很好，在蘇州人民大會堂旁邊，基本上本地網紅奶茶店外賣就可以送到酒店，不用特意去排隊，而且很好停車。
設施齊全，同行的家人行動不便，辦入住就在前台借了輪椅，且酒店的無障礙設施完善，特別推薦給帶長者和小孩的旅客。
在入住期間，遇到的酒店服務人員都非常熱情，會主動提供幫助，還會給出一些遊覽建議，可以説是每一個工作人員都細緻入微。
同行家人在入住期間過生日，酒店還貼心準備了小禮品。
總之，整個入住期間非常愉快，酒店真正做到了賓至如歸，已經推薦給即將來蘇州旅遊的朋友啦！💗💗

酒店挺大，別具風格，衞浴都是KOHLER，可能旺季剛過，難得遇到幾個住客，再一個就是，房間能備兩瓶水，飲料和一塊餅乾都是入住後才送過來，顯得小家子氣，酒店走廊還有貓咪，蘇州對貓咪挺友好的

使用了房間裏的手持熨斗，結果衣服出現水漬無法清洗乾淨。客服衹會回覆必須使用純凈水，不能用自來水，毫無解決問題的態度，毫不負責。首先房間內無任何標識指出熨斗必須用純凈水，其次，經諮詢該款手持式掛燙機客服，使用自來水會減少產品使用壽命，而不會產生水漬，顯然房間內產品質量不合格，但酒店客服毫不負責。

酒店應該是政府旗下的企業，有一個很大的院子，很多棟建築，停車非常方便。房間衞生乾淨，設施齊全，很安靜。早餐品種齊全，味道不錯，就是離房間可能會有點距離。大廳工作人員熱情周到，服務到位。值得推薦。

環境是星級酒店的標準，酒店有後花園，出租車可以直接到大堂門口！地鐵有一丟丟遠，但是步行可到達！距離蘇州的景區都很近，打車十幾塊都可以到！！
酒店旁邊挨着蘇州人民會堂，感覺是政府接待的酒店，安全感滿滿！
早餐也很豐富，孩子可以擼貓，池塘餵魚，鴨子。
免費寄存行李🧳。
酒店服務還不錯，以後有機會再來蘇州了還選這家酒店。
