This is our second time staying at this hotel. We loved it so much the first time we decided to stay here again - second time was just as good as we remembered it! Hotel is beautiful, room is spacious and comfortable, amenities all excellent - lotion, shampoo and body wash smells so good! Location is also great (there's Manner coffee and a Popmart roboshop right outside, and one of Suzhou's famous pan-fried dumplings franchise just across the road). Our booking included a happy hour for our stay, which included drinks and snacks. Buffet breakfast was also quite good with a good selection of Chinese and western choices (the bread were really good). Staff were also very helpful and attentive throughout. We visited with our elderly parents and they also enjoyed their stay very much!

這次帶着毛孩子入住蘇州金普頓竹輝酒店，體驗遠超預期！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，貼心服務就無處不在。前台辦理入住時，添加了管家Vickey微信，這個細節太貼心了。期間衹需通過微信溝通，管家便及時跟進房間打掃進度，還提前將我們的行李送到了房間，免去了等待的煩惱。最驚喜的是，酒店為我們的毛孩子準備了精緻的寵物歡迎卡片，上面還印着它的名字，小傢伙似乎也能感受到這份用心！房間設施對寵物友好，空間寬敞舒適，處處體現着設計感與實用性。
從專業的寵物服務到人性化的管家跟進，金普頓竹輝酒店真正做到了讓攜帶寵物的旅行輕鬆無憂。下次來蘇州，這裏絕對是我們和毛孩子的首選！

秋天的金普頓可以封神。紅楓加持之下，院落舒朗安寧大隱於市。信步可至的網師園、昆區傳習所，無不暈染着江南水鄉的園林精緻、市井繁華。車釐子管家貼心為我們升級房間，並細心提醒酒店特色的Happy hour。與友人水畔小酌，身心舒緩愉悦，早餐也品種豐富，美味精緻，是體驗蘇式風情的不二之選～

設施：地理位置優越，停車方便，大堂寬敞，早餐廳稍顯擁擠。房間訂的一樓庭院房，院子裏喝茶曬太陽賞秋很舒服，床很大軟硬適度。不足：進門一排衣櫃，儲物空間不足，洗手枱稍短有點鋪不開；最不能理解的是進門正對着個大浴缸，沒有任何屏風和能遮擋的佈置，完全不想泡澡了，沒有安全感，想象門一開走廊上人來人往的…
衞生：整體還不錯，畢竟比較新。
環境：公區和花園設計漂亮，風格明朗，中式現代簡約，水景加入更靈動。美中不足，蘇式花園園林元素設計太滿，少了留白，蠻可惜的，還能更美。
服務：房間服務給贊！貼心周到不停給補充瓶裝水，小姐姐非常禮貌客氣，幫小朋友現加的被子和被套，整理的整整齊齊才放心出去。最拉垮的是辦入住的前台實習生，這是酒店的第一印象，是門面啊，趕緊加強培訓吧！辦理流程不熟悉，客房服務、附加的特色活動完全沒介紹，甚至最基本的早餐時間、在哪兒吃完全不提。旁邊熟手看着實習生手忙腳亂也不帶教一下，哪管最後幫腔找補完善幾句話術，唉，我都替你們急。
早餐種類雖然不多，但味道和食材不錯，沒有像蘇州同業某家暗搓搓降成本打折扣，這點大大表揚！咖啡是有拉花的，對待餐品的認真藏在細節裏，能感受到用心在做。餐廳佈置稍顯擁擠，人多了拿取不太方便，可以改善。
