This is our second time staying at this hotel. We loved it so much the first time we decided to stay here again - second time was just as good as we remembered it! Hotel is beautiful, room is spacious and comfortable, amenities all excellent - lotion, shampoo and body wash smells so good! Location is also great (there's Manner coffee and a Popmart roboshop right outside, and one of Suzhou's famous pan-fried dumplings franchise just across the road). Our booking included a happy hour for our stay, which included drinks and snacks. Buffet breakfast was also quite good with a good selection of Chinese and western choices (the bread were really good). Staff were also very helpful and attentive throughout. We visited with our elderly parents and they also enjoyed their stay very much!

這次蘇州之行，最驚喜的莫過於選擇了金普頓竹輝酒店，尤其要誇誇管家Vickey的貼心服務！出發前她就主動添加微信，耐心確認我的到店時間和需求，還悄悄幫忙安排了房間升級，推開門瞬間被驚艷——入住的園林水景房正對着酒店的核心景緻，青瓦白牆映着粼粼波光，晨起聽着鳥鳴看水霧繚繞，傍晚坐窗邊賞夕陽灑在水面，隨手拍都是氛圍感大片，完全治癒了旅途疲憊。在店期間不管遇到什麼問題，微信找Vickey總能及時回覆。退房時更沒想到，她早已備好酒店特色伴手禮，説是希望這份心意能延續旅途的美好。從提前溝通到細節服務，再到房間的絕美景色，每一處都感受到了酒店的用心，下次來蘇州，一定還選金普頓竹輝，也一定會再找Vickey安排！

此次入住的蘇州金普頓竹輝酒店，坐落於古城區核心地段，門口是一個寰宇滙的商圈，有很多美食應有盡有，酒店也是將蘇式園林美學融入現代居停空間，令人流連忘返。院內有一顆超級大的香樟樹，園子裏亭台錯落，潺潺流水與玲瓏小橋相映成趣，移步異景，處處皆畫。酒店緊鄰十全街，步行即可抵達煙火氣十足的雙塔市集與葑門橫街，盡享姑蘇舌尖風味。園林水景房，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊備，燈光柔和營造出温馨氛圍，隔音效果出色，確保一夜好眠。視線也非常開闊金燦燦的酒店近收眼簾別提有多美。前台親切引導至客房，服務細緻入微；早餐種類多樣，口味上乘，為每一天注入滿滿元氣。管家Cherry發來了詳細的入住貼士訊息，從細節到體驗，金普頓始終令人安心。期待下一次，再會於江南韻味的此間天地。

這次蘇州旅行，選蘇州金普頓竹輝酒店的庭院房太明智了！推開門就是專屬小庭院，擺着藤椅和小桌，清晨坐在院裏，能聞着周圍綠植的清香，聽着遠處隱約的鳥鳴，沒有城市的喧囂，這份愜意直接把旅行的疲憊都吹散了。車釐子小姑娘也非常不錯，非常感謝。酒店的早餐也超驚艷，種類特別全，蘇式特色的湯包、奧灶麪都有，現煮的麪條可以自己加澆頭，味道和外面老字號差不多；還有新鮮的水果、現烤的麪包，連飲品都有七八種，早上慢慢吃一頓，一整天都有精神。房間裏的設施更是沒話説，空調、熱水器都好用，衞浴乾濕分離做得很到位，連化粧鏡都帶補光，女生化粧超方便。充電插座多到不用搶，連行李箱都有地方放。這次住得特別舒服，既有庭院房的雅緻，又有好吃的早餐和齊全的設施，完美契合旅行的需求。下次來蘇州還選這兒，已經把酒店推薦給準備來蘇州玩的朋友了！
