I had a really wonderful stay at this elegant and peaceful hotel. There are thoughtful touches everywhere, and staff are extremely accommodating. They gave me a different breakfast for each morning of my stay. I hope to come back.

The location is very quaint on the small island of Hengshan. There are a couple nice coffee shops and cafes, and the island is very peaceful. The room and hotel are very clean and modern up to date. The service is very good and we can't wait to go back.

Amazing stay in this beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect. The room was very comfortable, the location is quiet and perfect for a romantic gateway. Thank you for having and for taking such good care of your guests

Beautiful hotel. Service was excellent. Location was perfect. Room was fantastic. A really nice place to relax and explore Xishan and the surrounding area. Would stay again.

西山的温泉民宿，維護的很好，老闆提前告知房間已經打掃好，還到停車場來接幫忙拿行李，辦理入住很快，貼心的提前開好空調和地暖，到房間還詳細介紹每個開關功能，房間很大，我還蠻喜歡他們家的床，大不但是睡得舒服，小冰箱裏喝的東西種類很多，還送了果盆和梅酒，水果每種都很甜，洗護用品還是歐舒丹的，➕的滿滿的，打掃衞生很乾凈，一點沒有痕跡特別好，智能馬桶自動沖水，香薰味道也很舒服，泡湯的水温也剛好，邊泡邊喝酒看風景真的很愜意，除了有點冷有點雨增加了情調哈哈，臨湖的民宿真的很好，有機會推薦喜歡日式風的來體驗下，哦對。還可以點外賣奶茶炸雞這些，老闆會拿進來，早飯還是日式叉燒拉麪，煎餃，水果，瑞士捲，咖啡和牛奶，蠻有誠意的，如果想喝茶，還有一間茶室可以看看湖景，早上還可以喂海鷗，雖然風大它們沒有飛下來，但是就在面前的湖上飛，這個感覺真的不錯，睡覺鎖門安全，下次天氣暖和帶小朋友再來。

房間很驚艷，處處都有巧心思。大露台，面朝太湖，小造景，春暖花開。私湯泡池可以一邊看着夕陽，一邊玩水。小金也很熱情客氣，提的要求都積極處理。下次還要再來。

房間服務環境早餐全部都滿意。唯一一丟丟的小缺憾是小飛蟲和蒼蠅，但這個貌似也沒辦法。真不知道新加坡是怎麼做到的，幾乎看不到蚊子蒼蠅。
