I’m like the soundproofed room, gym is excellent, very welcoming employees, beautiful lobby, felt safe like no one can just show up in front of your door, swimming pools, clean and the bake shop that serves delicious pastries and cakes.

Highly recommended The Residences are wonderful! The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional. The gym was amazing, the breakfast buffet at the hotel was also really good. The only thing that was disappointing was that there isn't any live music in the lounge like at other Shangri-La properties. But, I would highly recommend staying here.
