2. 房間設施：乾淨整潔、裝修現代、隔音好、設施齊全（空調/Wi-Fi/迷你吧）。 房間很新，床品舒適，浴室乾濕分離，浴缸，唯缺智能馬桶。每個房間都帶大陽台。
3. 服務態度：前台熱情、響應迅速、解決問題高效。感謝前台鄭宇翔提前溝通聯繫，安排接車等等。
4. 衞生條件：床單毛巾清潔、衞生間洗漱用品多配有一次性浴巾一條。

衝著錦江的名氣去住的
價格也不便宜
酒店還是一個大工地，上山的路都是修路機械
一大早就給工地施工吵醒
地庫全是灰塵
早飯品種少，估計其他客人投訴了以後第二天才增加了點
原來試營業期間酒店的泳池都不能運營
前台很不專業
第一次遇到五星酒店一天衹能送四瓶水
超過就要收費的規矩
我定了兩晚的酒店費用都一次性付掉
結果從外頭游完回來門卡過期
下樓問前台説衹登記了一晚
在外累的要死我都沒精神和他們吵架
可能從他們認為這是很小的事情
滬明對口的第一個文旅酒店項目居然這個德性
真是讓我這個上海來得遊客汗顏
半成品酒店試營業真的體驗很差勁
費用還是按照正常酒店定位來收取的

新建的酒店，位置很好，離金湖風景區近，裝修也不錯，設施新。整體服務還不錯，工作人員熱情禮貌。應該是泰寧最好的酒店，外面景觀還沒完全建好，建成後應該更漂亮。
因為是新開的，又是淡季，住客不多，餐廳早餐品種少，衹能説是簡餐。
服務意識和專業能力尚待加強，因為提前一天退房，房費退還花了整整四天，有點不滿意。酒店財務工作需要加強。
雖然有不滿意的地方，但酒店整體還不錯的。
