民居很好，很滿意。房間大，乾淨，安靜，無煙味。而且體驗了古縣城的氛圍。對酒店周到的服務絕對點贊。
略有些不足並不是酒店，而是古縣城。酒店可以幫助反饋一下客人的意見。古縣城很好，但是營銷並沒有做好。所以晚上人少。餐飲如果比對柳巷，鐘樓街，就有很大差距。而且價格貴。山西不應該走景點餐飲價格貴的路線。這回影響客源。

房間特別贊，服務人員態度超級好，出古縣城的門來接的，有電動接駁車拿行李，告訴我們哪裡有吃飯的地方，因為是淡季，人比較少，早上還主動提出用電動接駁車帶我們逛古城。因為天氣特別好，早上陽光照進來的時候整個房間很漂亮，小院景觀很好。衞生也乾淨，強烈推薦。

民宿位置離停車場非常遠，要自己拖着行李走進古城。房間門鎖不好用；屋內設施壞了也沒人修理；院子裏晚上很昏暗，坑坑窪窪很容易摔倒。長者孩子慎入！

這家民宿給我的感覺就是矛盾。有浴缸很好，但是沒有一次性泡澡袋，有電動窗簾很好，但是窗簾的按鍵裝反了。有體重秤很好，但是沒電不能用。裝修很好，但是有大面積的牆皮脱落。馬桶很好，但是手紙直接放馬桶上。洗髮水沐浴露很好但是給的一小瓶不夠用。浴缸很好，但是衝著窗户。牀頭櫃很好，但是抽屜沒拉手。床挺新，枕頭給4個，但是枕頭沒硬的，全是軟的，不舒服。主要是衹有一次性拖鞋，沒有塑料拖鞋。還有，攜程的電話不是他們家的，不是他們家的，至於怎麼聯繫前台的，奧，我進了房間用的內部電話。四扇大窗户很好，但是兩個紗簾全是用起來不好用。
民宿的位置很好，在古縣城裡麪中心位置，但是古縣城好冷清，晚上沒個活人，還到處亮着燈，怕怕。

她還生氣了，牛轟轟的説給你打就是告你怎麼進。
到了 提前幾分鐘打電話，又兇巴巴的説，到門口了再打，不要提前打，就一個人，接不過來

我也不冤枉店家，我就中肯的評價。
設施：499的房間該有的配置配了個70%左右吧，淋浴間花灑是壞了，衹能手拿着洗，自行想象吧
衞生：床單上有口紅印
環境：在古城內，還行，安靜
服務：酒店有接送客人的泊車，但晚上我們想回房間，找不到路想喊店家來接，被拒絕了，理由是我們距離房間比較近，可以自己回來，我後來導航看了下，大概500多米吧，近不近得看每個人的評價標準了，在我看來，晚上很晚了，古城裡又黑又沒人的，而且還找不到路，我不覺得500米很近。其次是我們入住當天去房間的路上需要左拐右拐上下樓梯很多次，老闆就跟在我後面，也不説幫忙提一下行李，就在後麪看着我拖着行李很費勁的上下樓梯，這就是499的房間服務，能接受的就定吧
