作為攜程的黑鑽貴賓 我強烈建議大家 庫克羣島不要在拉羅湯加停留 直接去艾圖塔基 這個酒店不知道是怎麼評上SLH成員的 酒店非常小 沒有spa 除了客房就衹有一家餐廳 客房服務菜單和餐廳菜單完全一致 吃幾天就膩了 房間設施看起來就像國內的快捷酒店 酒店床單看起來臟兮兮黑黑的 而且很潮濕 餐廳的女性服務員看起來非常不友好 因為吃海鮮撥殼 我們想要一些紙巾 她們的態度真的極差 説她們不提供紙巾 桌子上有餐巾布 客房服務送餐的服務員 臉拉的特別長 一直瞪我是幾個意思 最可笑的是 因為嫌酒店的毛巾臟我們全程都衹用了自己帶的毛巾 退房後好像房間的毛巾找不到了 來問我們 這裏態度是很好的 我説沒看到 離開後發現她們竟然給我寄存在禮賓部的行李袋子弄破了一個洞 我每天小費都10刀10刀的給 懷疑客人拿你們一條破毛巾嗎 這太可笑了 並且我們下午的飛機 讓我們早上10點必須退房還不能延遲 我真的第一次遇到這樣的 坐在大堂裏空調也沒有 乾等 酒店工作人員直接都躲進自己辦公室吹空調了 連杯水都沒有 退房就根本沒人管我們了 真是無語至極 呼籲大家不要住這家 非常糟糕的體驗

resort不錯，本地比較熱門的一家，3k一晚還是挺貴的，性價比一般般，雖然坐擁主島最好的沙灘和泄湖，但是和離島還是完全沒法比，住一晚感受一下倒是還行。

Dear friends, We stayed 2 days at this wonderful resort. We were warmly welcomed with 2 refreshing coconuts waiting at our bungalow. The property looks like a little paradise and very clean. Our Bungalow was perfect with air condition as well as with a ceiling fan. Internet 10/10! Outdoor shower as well as indoor. A little kitchen countertop with coffee & selection of tea’s, and a fridge. 2 umbrellas ☔️ & 2 sun loungers and a little garden just for us. The staff are fantastic - so helpful - did let me charge my phone as my cable got broken. Met with the very kind Managing Director Mr. Greg he guided us to restaurants and cafes this was a huge help to us. He is very nice - thanks to him we are really well. The breakfast is complementary “Continental “ - it was perfect! Selection of freshly cut fruits Freshly baked - still hot cupcakes, granola, choices of yogurt, toast, butter, marmalade, juices coffee or tea. This place gets a 10/10 The beach right in front with the pool looking over the sea Free parking at the hotel too. Perfect place to stay

My partner and I spent 8 days in a lagoon front villa and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Our stay was perfect. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. The amenities were clean, modern and well maintained. The view from our bed was nothing short of spectacular! The lagoon was only a few steps from our front door and SUPS, kayaks, flippers, life jackets were all easily accessible and free of charge. A nice touch was the inclusion of our own personal snorkelling and goggles I the room. Snorkelling in the lagoon was safe, easy and quite spectacular! We dined in the restaurant for most meals. The food was delicious - you must try the Ika Mata and the Ruby Rare Tuna!!! April, Kristine, Tomasi, Jay, Mosi and the team in the restaurant made us feel so welcome, greeting us by name and posing for photos! The continental breakfast was lovely, especially when topped up with something from the menu! Overall, our stay was amazing - we would highly recommend!!

The little Polynesian Resort was perfect for our holiday. The resort is beautifully located with absolute beachfront access from the villas. Our villa 9 was simply designed with a fantastic coastal decor that blended with the outstanding views from our doors. The restaurant was excellent with plenty of food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The wine list good too. It’s important to book ahead as the restaurant is only tiny and it’s extremely popular. We made sure we booked ahead for all dinners. Snorkelling was easy from the beach and all equipment available in your room. We hired a car which made life easy for exploring the island. The staff were all friendly and helpful a credit to this establishment.
