唐山老牌酒店了，挺大的，比較老舊，第立次入住了，這次體驗不太好，空調不太制熱，床墊躺下去就一個大坑，不舒服，客房服務人員和工程人員都非常友好，酒店環境不錯，早餐也豐富，也有河頭老街Q的接送班車（整點發車，錯過等一小時），湖景房能直接看到河頭老街的摩天輪和門頭四個大字

大堂氣派，房間寬敞明亮，窗外就是惠豐湖，沿着湖散步曬太陽超舒服，早餐豐盛，還可以邊吃邊早餐邊觀賞窗外的小鹿，不是一衹是一羣鹿哦，在酒店可以得到免費的河頭老街門票，這個門票我們在網上自己預約了多次都搶不到票，而且還有免費班車送到老街門口，遊覽了這個老街顛覆了我對老街的認知，“震撼”

首先需明確，酒店的核心優勢極具競爭力，尤其貼閤家庭出行需求：房間整潔有序，配套的B1層小童戲水樂園、温泉泡池及户外鹿苑形成獨特體驗，且緊鄰河頭老街景區，免費擺渡車更是大幅提升出行便利性，這樣的綜合配置在同類酒店中並不多見。
但入住及用餐過程中，兩處細節問題影響了體驗，具體如下：
1. 入住引導混亂：週六抵達時恰逢團隊客高峯，大廳內3-4個辦理隊伍無專人引導。我選擇了一支僅1人排隊的隊伍，輪到我時，前台因團隊客暫時離開，返回後卻告知該通道為團隊專用，讓我轉至左側隊伍；待左側隊伍前一人辦理完畢，又被要求轉至最左側通道，兩次更換隊伍的過程中，未見到值班經理協調，現場也有其他散客因排隊問題抱怨，直到此時才有人提供飲水。
2. 早餐廳門體管理疏漏：早餐廳有一扇可刷房卡直通鹿苑的門，用餐時段雖用拉簾遮擋，但住店遊客頻繁拉開此門外出抽煙或前往鹿苑，導致冷風直吹門口就餐的客人。現場觀察到兩撥客人就此投訴，服務員僅簡單關門、復位易拉得架子，未採取更有效的遮擋措施。
整體而言，上述兩點細節問題拉低了入住體驗，建議酒店儘快增設入住高峯期的引導人員，同時為早餐廳直通門配置屏風或移動桌等固定遮擋物，進一步提升服務品質。
最後我表達一下我的觀點， 1. 一個好酒店，從來不止於靠完善的設施和獨特的特色吸引客人，更要將用户體驗刻進服務細節裏——畢竟再亮眼的硬件，少了對客人感受的關照，也難留得住人心。
