Everything started off well, but unfortunately, we did not receive the late checkout promised by trip.com. We were counting on a late checkout at 6:00 PM to catch our 7:50 PM flight. However, the front desk staff (Headboy) only allowed us to stay until 2:00 PM. After much discussion, we managed to extend it to 3:00 PM, but we still had to wait in the lobby for three more hours before heading to the airport. This experience does not reflect a customer-first hotel, and we were disappointed.
On a positive note, the welcome fruit was definitely up to standard!

We just stayed to rest for a few hours before we caught a flight out of uzbekistan. The hotel is on the main road and very clean.

The hotel is very clean and happy with the stay. The wifi is also good as fully covered throughout the hotel. The breakfast provided is an average but its worth for the money paid. The hot food options are less copared to other hotels. The service and staffs are good. The front office staffs are good with the english.

The reception staff are fluent in English and extremely helpful
All the staff, from room service to breakfast, provide exceptional service.
The internet is so great.
The hotel is simple yet clean and well-maintained.
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport (about 6 km away), but it's a bit far from the city center.
There are several restaurants, mini markets, and shops nearby, including a pharmacy and a large clothing store. You'll also find an ice cream shop close to the hotel

It was a nice clean hotel and what made it amazing the helpful staff .
You can also leave your luggage after checking out if you need a place to keep your luggage while you go to the mountains. We kept our luggage for two days for free.

The Hotel is near the Airport and a 20 min drive from the centre.
The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are all new. also, the room are technological, comfortable and spacious.
The breakfast is pretty good, there is a relatively big choice of food. The coffee comes from an automatic machine, but I didn't expect much more than this.
The service, from the cleaning, to the reception, is amazing. Great personnel
