Deliberately check in one day earlier but was told that no room. Due to useless staff who spent 20 mins to look for the booking.
Toilet was clogged and lift button are dirty. Breakfast supposed to be 8-10am but even when we turn up at 8. Limited choices and they don't intend to top up the food. Almost not many food after just 8:30am. Price was ok but standard is terrible.

I booked this hotel in the very last minute after my earlier booking was cancelled due to no power supply but it turned out to be a good choice. Nothing to shout about in the location but it is definitely value for money in so far as service and amenities are concerned. The amazing staff Ozolbek went all out to make your stay comfortable. He even helped me to book afid speed train since it doesn't accept international credit card. There is a washing machine/dryer and it really took care of my soiled laundry after two weeks of travel. Decent room size, had lift and all the necessary room items as stated. Reasonable clean with good water pressure and hot water. Pretty good number of choices with plenty of fried egg bread pancakes fruit coffee tea or juices. I see it as abundant supply but not sure about late comers as breakfast started at 730am. I enjoyed my stay there.

Location is good. A few minutes from red line.
Good was good and clean.
Couldn't use gym early in the morning because someone was sleeping though.
Receptionists are great. Super helpful. Thanks guys

Mixed feelings: good location, small room, friendly, helpful but often forgetful staff, smelly lavatory (drains problem?), pretty decent breakfast. Close to groceries, pharmacies and subway station.

Местоположение хорошее,рядом с метро.Очень отзывчивый администратор,но к сожалению качество уборки страдает,повсюду волосы,попросили поменять номер ,но из 4 предложенных все были грязные.Уточнили что уборку у нас на следующий день делать не надо,но все равно зашли.Завтрак приемлемый-соки и чай из напитков.Кровать очень жесткая,наверно вот надежды побольше,но к сожалению вот реальность

+ Персонал классный, готовы откликнуться и помочь.
+ Отель относительно новый. Комплект полотенец, шампуней и т.д. в полном комплекте предоставляется.
+ Комнаты пространные.
- Плохая шумоизоляция, слышно даже разговоры
- Плохая гидроизоляция в душе, куча воды. попадает на пол в туалет и там остаётся, в итоге весь туалет в воде.
- Запах в комнате, не то от туалета, не то от материалов. Приходится окно держать всегда открытом.
- Вода в туалете уходит с трудом.
- Завтрак ни о чем.

นึกว่ามาเมืองจีน เพราะทั้งคนให้บริการและคนรับบริการมีแต่คนจีน ห้องตามมาตรฐานทั่วไป ห้องน้ำกว้าง แต่เป็นกระจกใสที่ไม่มีม่านบัง ต้องปิดไฟอาบน้ำ เรื่องบริการรับส่งสนามบินที่ให้แจ้งล่วงหน้าสองวัน แจ้งแล้วแต่ไม่มีคนตอบ สรุปได้เรียกแท็กซี่มาเอง อาหารเช้าสไตล์จีน ไปช้าหมด โลเคชั่นใกล้เมโทร มีร้านสะดวกซื้อใกล้ๆ

走廊很寬，房間卻不大，離地鐵站近，出行方便。附近沒什麼好吃的飯店。性價比還可以，前台工作人員也不錯。下水道最後用清潔劑清洗一下，有的有些異味，早餐也還行。
