From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sense of calm that truly defines a Himalayan getaway. Exceptional Service with a Personal Touch: Beyond the stunning setting, what truly elevated my experience was the exceptionally courteous staff. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism, and their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every detail. A special commendation must go to Mr. Niraj, the Restaurant Manager. His presence made every meal a delightful experience. He effortlessly combined professional efficiency with a genuine, personal touch, ensuring that every guest felt valued and cared for. It's clear he leads his team with excellence, creating a dining atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming. Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors. Delicious Culinary Delights And let's talk about the delicious food! The culinary offerings at The Westin Himalayas are outstanding. Each meal was a delightful journey of flavors, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. The quality and presentation of the dishes were consistently excellent, making dining a highlight of my stay. The combination of its amazing location, the unparalleled serenity of the Himalayas, delicious food, and most importantly, the incredibly courteous and attentive staff—especially the personal touches from Mr. Niraj and Mr. Shubam—creates a truly exceptional stay. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit.

What started with visiting this hotel for its location became a personal experience that me and my friend never thought of when we were on the way. It was my birthday and my friend was soon getting married…Their staff- Neha Bisht and Samarpita made sure that we have an unforgettable experience. They arranged cake and balloons and gave a frame with our picture at the time of check out. From evening high tea to ganga Aarti , it was an amazing experience. Room cleanliness and meals were perfect. Must visit again kind of a place for its hospitality ***** with the location.

We had a memorable stay here. Every staff made us feel so comfortable. Prem made us comfortable during check in. Swarnim was exceptional and ensured our room was clean whenever we requested for it. His down to earth nature is really commendable. Every staff at Alaska was so warm. Rio at beverage counter was exceptional and his smile is infectious 😊 Neha at the front desk was really helpful at a very important juncture.

Our stay in westin himalayas was very good and we had comfortable stay specially manish pritika and sudhanshu from housekeeping was really great we will come back for sure

i visited westin himalayas resort which is located in Narendra nagar, near rishikesh. i went there for 1 night stay on 19th November 2025 to celebrate my aniversary. they helped me a lot in decorating my room and created a very beautiful collarge of photos of me and my partner which felt like out of the world. the decorations were amazing and breathtaking. best thing was every team of westin was so happy and made my day special. special shout out to Anisha and Ishwori from the guest relations team for the photo collage, Mansi Shukla and the housekeeping team for the heartfull note of wishes and decorations and the manager Ayan Shaikh who made my checkin so pleasing and escorted us to the room and surprised us with the wishes. i am so much happy with my experience.
