Our stay at the Kempinski Tel Aviv was truly exceptional — by far the best experience I’ve had not only among all the Kempinski hotels I’ve visited around the world, but in any hotel, anywhere. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. The team consistently went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The atmosphere, hospitality, and overall care made this stay unforgettable. A very special thank you to Julie, who, together with her team, ensured we had absolutely everything we needed. She handled every request with grace, professionalism, and a personal touch that made us feel truly welcome and cared for. Her dedication made our experience extraordinary. What stood out most about our stay are two individuals - Hessel the doorman and Anna on the club level. We have stayed before and they welcomed us back as family. The warmth, attentiveness and kindness is unparalleled.

My husband and I had the most unforgettable stay at Kempinski Tel Aviv. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfectly tailored for a romantic escape. Our suite was absolutely stunning – spacious, elegantly designed, and the view of the sea at sunset was simply magical. We enjoyed a romantic dinner at the hotel's restaurant, where we discovered the richness of local cuisine in a truly fine-dining setting. Since we booked a suite, we had an access to the lounge area on the 22nd floor , we we enjoyed some meals during the day time and drinks while watching an amazing sunset. The highlight of our stay was the couples massage at the spa – relaxing, professional, and deeply rejuvenating. Kempinski made our time together feel truly special. So I highly recommend you to stay here because you will remember this forever

As first-time visitors to Tel Aviv, we couldn't have picked a better place than Kempinski. The location is unbeatable – steps from the beach, with breathtaking views and easy access to the city's best spots. The hotel itself is brand-new and absolutely gorgeous, with a modern, elegant design that still feels welcoming. What impressed us most was the outstanding level of service – friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile. We felt pampered from start to finish. This stay made us fall in love with Tel Aviv, and Kempinski played a big part in that!

I had a great overall experience at The David Kempinski Tel Aviv and would highly recommend it. The hotel feels professional and high-quality right away, and the lobby was an excellent, comfortable spot for the business meetings I had there. The room was a major positive, it was spacious, had excellent amenities, and offered a beautiful view of the beach. The dining experience was also impressive; the breakfast spread was fantastic and a great way to start the day. Also the pool is a special experience with an amazing view and bar service. Must try. What stood out most was the hotel staff. They were incredibly attentive and helpful, especially when I needed an ice pack quickly for a minor leg issue. Their professional and prompt assistance really made a difference. The staff's dedication to service truly makes this a luxurious, excellent, reliable choice in Tel Aviv. Can’t wait to be back.
