Esquisse Design Hotel

We rented four rooms; one of them had no view, and all of them had faulty facilities. But the worst was the fourth room — it was supposedly cleaned, yet there were used towels, empty bottles, and toilets with remnants from previous guests. The staff didn’t seem shocked at all, probably because they’re used to it. We immediately canceled and left the hotel. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.

The best experience! Everything and everyone was amazing! We loved our stay! The stuff was so friendly, accommodative and super sweet. The hotel is extremely neat and has such exotic characteristics. Definitely recommend to anyone wants to stay.

Beautiful design but that’s about it. It can be called wanna’be high class hotel. For example- we stayed in the suit but there was no tissues box, no bath robe, no kettle in the room, the staff at the restaurant don’t speak English and the highlight- they charge you extra of 13 Lari for espresso in breakfast. Only tasteless percolator coffee is included in the breakfast price

I came to the hotel for a Spa rest and made it very clear to the managers. But when I arrived it turned out that the spa people are absolutely incompetent in what they are selling, the lady couldn't answer any single question regarding the procedure, she had to bring her notebook to look for answers, even then she couldn't utter a word. At the same time, a cleaning lady stood with us and stared at me, biting her nails! She was standing 1 meter away from me, staring and biting her nails while the manager was thinking about what to tell me. So I left - no spa in this place! I went to my room only to discover that non of the 2 shower heads in the bathroom is working + hair on the floor + hair in the bed!!!!!! I asked for another room and told the hotel manager that I won't be staying for the second night and asked for a refund. I decided to stay at least 1 night because it was a long way to come there. they said - no problem! 4 days have passed, and 3 messages have been sent, NO money, NO reply! just had a nasty phone conversation with the manager, they "asked" the accountant to do the refund, and they "can't do it". Apparently, they are incompetent in that too. Waiting for another couple of days and filing a report to the police. Stay away from this circus called "boutique" hotel.

The hotel building and internals are good, but service is very bad. Staff is bringing drinks in bottle closed (expecting that you open and serve the drink yourself). Massage was not good. Massage person didn’t speak English, nor russian. At checkout we were requested to pay for plastic room keys that we lost somewhere on property at rate 13 usd/key. This hotel May be good for local clients but definitely not suitable for international clients.
