房間古樸典雅，房間陽台有温泉池，非常不錯，服務也很好，酒店還有室外温泉，早餐也好吃。離古鎮很近，酒店會派車接送，非常好的體驗。

陪父母旅行選擇柏聯。難得國內做的不錯品牌。第一次入住重慶柏聯印象深刻。這次和順的工作人員都很nice，可惜經營並不好，早餐半自助，雖然人也不多，但第一天一位工作人員明顯吃力。早餐種類稀少，性價比不高。但可以隨時泡温泉還是不錯的。另外房間的水過期了，半年那麼久。全家人誤喝了兩天，好在沒什麼事情。工作人員及時道歉處理，也提供了中秋禮盒做為伴手禮。大家都不容易。但滿分確實沒法給的。希望好好經營哦，品牌創立不容易。

因為在昆明柏聯體驗的很好，所以到了騰沖也想體驗一下和順古鎮旁邊的和順柏聯。酒店建設的非常有特色，色調乾淨統一，位置在和順古鎮旁邊，鬧中取靜，非常的靜謐治癒。我們選擇的房型是複式湯屋，真的很愛這個房型，挑高很高，顯得房間又大又通透，衞生很乾凈。主要想説一下和順柏聯的服務，服務真的很到位，前台管家楊雲麗一直負責我們在店的一切事務，非常熱情和貼心，有求必應，處理問題速度非常快，讓我們得到了很好的入住體驗。餐廳的餐食也蠻好吃，尤其早餐的稀豆粉油條，真的很棒了！感謝～下次來騰沖，還是會選擇和順柏聯。

酒店就在古鎮邊上，鬧中取靜酒店裝修佈置很中式，有禪意，房間很大很乾凈舒適，床品也不錯，有私湯，不用出門就可以泡個温泉，早餐不錯都是當地特色，很好吃，酒店服務非常好，感謝一個美好的體驗！
