一對長者嚮往着石頭記酒店的建築風格和服務，酒店專車來到騰沖市區接我們，客服一天前與我們取得了聯繫。一路上專車司機詳細的介紹着騰沖有關歷史和沿途風景。到達酒店大堂，管家岳麗麗在門口迎接，為我們安排好所有的入住和活動內容，告之客房設施使用、注意細節，叮囑庭院温泉池使用安全。酒店各部門待客細緻周到，微笑服務，接行李開夜床送水，主動熱情，無不顯示酒店的高效運營。尤其是管家小岳工作中的節奏把控和細節處理深得我們讚賞。酒店二期開業後還會再來。

非常非常贊，無論服務，硬件，餐食和環境，除了貴沒毛病！套餐送的菌湯火鍋晚餐，五峯山套票都很值得擁有。但是我想説的是，這次嘗試了石頭記和悦榕莊，真的差距不是一點點，差不了太多的價格，一定要選擇石頭記，或者寧可選擇其他平價滴，悦榕莊的錢花的沒有半分是值得滴，特別在這次強烈的對比下😂😂😂
服務：管家曉晴，專業耐心，出現在需要的時刻也沒有任何打擾，主動幫忙拍照錄制視頻分享，點贊。
特別提醒下，家有長者的，泡私湯一定要非常注意，因為環境相對潮濕些。石頭記的處理非常好，基本都是圓弧形，還特別做了防滑處理。
總結下，印象最深最最好評的是管家服務、床品、私湯，以後有機會會再去。

這次來騰沖又入住了石頭紀，上次是度蜜月，這次帶家裡人一起來感受，石頭紀的服務和景色還是一如既往的驚艷我，這些小楊管家安排照顧的特別好，讓我們全程衹管享受了，總的來説，非常滿意了。

來騰沖一定要住石頭紀，設施新，房間大氣，接送服務做的非常好，位於雲峯山腳下，十分安靜
服務：提供一頓火鍋晚餐，份量非常大，菜品也新鮮。特別是我們管家岳麗麗服務非常周到，在入住前就加了我們的微信，安排好了下午茶。入住後為我們講解雲峯山的背景遊玩攻略，十分貼心，點贊👍
設施：每個房間提供一個泡池，沒有外人打擾，私密性很足，晚上有晚安飲品贈送，可以邊泡邊喝，十分愜意
酒店的温泉是碳酸温泉，可以早上泡一次晚上泡一次。酒店裝修十分大氣，很氣派，聽管家岳麗麗介紹是説日本設計師裝修的，一定要來住一次！

非常漂亮的獨棟小院，愜意又安靜。拍照很出片。每間房都有一個私人管家。露天泡池他們太出片了。酒店很大，就在雲峯山腳下，還可以坐纜車登山看風景。給我最大驚喜的是美食，吃了3家餐廳，每一家的食材都非常新鮮，都是當地才有的特色，拍照液特別出片。總之是一次非常不錯的體驗！

房間挺好的，也體驗了室外温泉♨️，入住前管家小楊提前加的微信提醒了一些注意事項，上山也是小楊一直給送到覽車入口，在酒店有其他事情，小楊回覆信息特別快，服務特別好，早餐大部分是現點現做，我和家人都覺得好吃，值得在次入住的酒店。

全程最佳酒店！管家趙宇非常貼心！來之前看評論好壞兩及分化，但是日主起來是超級滿意，無論是酒店風景、設施、環境、服務，都是能到達七星酒店的水平！我們一家四口住得非常開心和省心！酒店送的傈僳族晚餐、素食、和雲峯山門票和纜車，讓我們這三天兩晚一站全包的感覺，放心玩不用管。我和老公第二天下午爬山完約了spa，酒店工作人員幫帶兩個娃去做手工口紅，給我們騰出二人放鬆時刻，非常贊！明年春節再來！
