設施：設施真的太差了 空調一晚上不製冷 半夜被熱醒，馬桶不出水了好多次。院子裏面燈也是破破爛爛的，還有綠植也是要死不活，但是工作人員服務特別好 隨叫隨到那種。早餐也是送到酒店，泡温泉泡得也很舒服。設施真的太差了 對不起一晚上1500的房價了，期待能有所改進吧

在房間裏就可以泡温泉，不用去公共温泉去和大家擠，房間裏準備了茶葉，還有充足的礦泉水，讓身體非常的放鬆，早餐是給我們送到房間裏的，很豐盛，味道也很好。

房間很大，院子也很大，湯池更大。雖然酒店設施有點老舊，但是，大大的室外湯池和單獨隔出來的室內湯池就完全值得！熱海温泉入户，真的太舒服了。

酒店就在景區裏面，憑房卡隨時可以去景區的景點，浴池很大，温泉水很好，服務員態度很好，酒店設施有點陳舊了，箱子要爬樓梯提上提下的。

來過騰沖多次 ，騰沖也不缺好酒店，之前也住過高端的如柏聯等，非常不錯。但是我想説， 這一次養生閣的體驗是感受更好的，也是讓我到了退房時間不想離開的酒店。我喜歡這種依山而建的感覺，很自然 ；也喜歡這個池子裏真的有温泉味兒的感覺！ 酒店的服務員告訴我，這是是融合了熱海的幾種温泉的集合，含硫磺和碳酸。就是這股淡淡的硫磺味兒，讓我覺得特別好，泡在身上滑滑的。酒店的小楊管家和小孫都特別熱情，有任何問題都隨時解決，如沐春風。
我感覺，這一定是我後續再來騰沖一定會再次光顧的酒店，雖不奢華，但是就是感覺最棒！

熱海景區的温泉入户酒店，環境幽靜，管家小李和小魏熱情周到，服務內容交代完整，憑房卡直接進入毗鄰的景區，景區交通，温泉泡池使用須知等；早餐夜宵送到房間，服務到位，不錯的體驗。

酒店位置位於古鎮中心，出行十分方便。有免費的接機/送機服務，老闆很健談，服務很周到，入住有迎賓水果以及下午茶，九宮格早飯很豐盛，晚上還配有晚安飲。房間寬敞乾淨且配套設施完善，智能馬桶，漢斯格雅衞浴，洗護是茱莉蔻，硫磺温泉就在房間小院裏，十分私密，很適合放空發呆。全屋有小愛真的很方便，不需要自己伸手關燈了。ps：入住的時候阿姨還在進行室外浴池打掃的收尾工作，足以證明，房間每一處有認真打掃，入住安心。
