房間衞生間面積小了一點，其他都很棒，室外泡池隨時可以讓服務人員清理，管家態度特別好，早餐後還帶我們去後山的荷花温泉泉眼轉了轉，可以泡腳，感覺比景點的温泉還好

非常非常一般酒店 也真是敢賣這個價錢 除了管家很熱情以為沒有任何好的地方 房間就是像集磚箱一樣 小的可憐 房間全部向東 熱到爆炸 空調開到最大都沒有多大作用 整個大火爐 有種沒有躲的地方 好的野奢酒店 不是價錢自己喊得高 也不是裏面用點所謂寶格麗和芙絲水就是奢華 真正好的酒店服務是靈魂 軟件舒服 建築有想法 純純網紅酒店 最多值500不能再多了 這個房價可以住到 四季 華爾道夫 既下山 松贊 麗思 各位多考慮一下吧

本來住三晚，最後協商後住一晚。
1、風景確實很一般，田園不算田園，下面就是大馬路；
2、房間吸引人的就是床可以自動滑出來，確實比較新穎；
3、整體景觀的維護較差，觀感不太好；
4、早餐確實對不起接近3000一晚的價格；
5、個人可能不太喜歡集裝箱式的酒店，很擁擠。
6、出行極其不方便，喜歡熱鬧一點的勿體驗。

無與倫比的體驗，小朋友對酒店的各種體驗讚不絕口，都是最好的。可以滑到露台的床，誰能不喜歡。主理人的用心，細節處都是滿滿的温柔，剛好的淡淡香氣。酒店內所有的食物都很精緻美味，包括咖啡、甜品，早餐晚餐的每一道菜。悠所是和荷花同樣的温泉眼，露台私湯更愜意乾淨，在入住前也玩了荷花，除了小朋友喜歡熱鬧的荷花湯池場景，其他衞生和環境真的絕對選悠所，不帶孩子的話悠所泡湯足矣。到悠所，度假感立刻拉滿，再來騰沖一定選擇多住幾日。

作為攜程黑鑽客户很少寫差評，但是這家酒店主理人的態度實在讓人失望，第一天入住房間窗户爆裂，我還剛好坐在窗户邊，巨大的爆裂聲嚇了我和孩子一跳，然後管家無奈的説衹能換房，我們帶着兩個孩子特別囑咐説兩間房要挨在一起，因為衣服用品都在一起，分開特別不方便要來回拿洗漱用品及衣物，但是也理解所以換到了很遠的下層房間，管家説第二天有人退房才能再換到一起，表示歉意贈送了一頓晚餐，但是換的第二間房温泉泡池下面有一大條裂縫，我怕孩子扎到腳，而且景觀極差，露台望下去不是馬路就是停車場，這可是3000多一晚的谷地房型，也是所謂的景觀好的房型，和管家溝通説第二天再換房，而且要想挨在一起另一間房也得換，所以住了兩天換了3次房間，要知道帶着孩子本來東西就多，這兩天就剩打開行李收拾行李換房間了。並且新房間打開的浴巾有污漬，在馬桶上拍死了不知名的蟲子。值得一提的是管家麗清服務態度還是很好很周到，但是因為權限她把主理人的微信推給我們，讓我們和主理人協商解決，本來我們提出減免部分房費，其實也是想讓酒店重視這些意外和問題，並且説贈送了一頓晚餐就默認已經協商解決完畢，我們告訴她餐費我們可以自己付問題還是要重視和解決，然後主理人就説酒店有國企背景等等很是強勢，其實這麼多的酒店費都花了也不在乎減免多少房費，主要是酒店負責人的態度及不能正面認識酒店的問題這件事讓我很生氣，不能正面自己的錯誤就不會改正，以後還會有類似問題出現，希望旅客們看好自己的孩子，注意安全，別讓孩子有危險，也別因為不衞生讓孩子染上病
