這差評是給六樓那個餐廳服務員的，短頭髮女生，腰間別著麥，坐在餐廳門口，翹着二郎腿玩手機，中午十一點多，我跟她問路，態度非常差，直接懟我，在**什麼啊到底？中午是你的工作時間吧？我作為客人跟你問路，你跟我裝**呢？一個酒店服務員，派頭子比董事長都大，我嚴重投訴她

定了暑期一晚難求的家庭聯通房，看房間面積120㎡，抱着可以在屋裡為孩子搭帳篷的心去了，還好地下停車場到酒店大廳的路線（從停車場坐電梯坐到6層，再轉酒店的電梯坐到一層辦理入住後，再去自己房間的樓層，稀奇的路線），攔住了我的想法。 説是聯通房，真的很聯通，就是一間大床房和一件雙床房中間的牆被打通了，裝了兩扇門，孩子來回來去走，都容易被櫃子角磕到。這都暫且不在意了，畢竟酒店前台為我們免費升級了45層的高空觀景房。
8月底蚊子還沒消停，屋子裡有蚊子，問前台要了電蚊液，被告知已經沒有了，拿來了一個，但是這曲了拐彎的房型，一個蚊香液實在是帶不起來這麼大的聯通房，孩子被咬了包，又問了一次，還是告知並沒有蚊香液，都發放出去了，衹能對前台微信中無奈吐槽了，沒想到酒店克服百般困難，為我們尋找出了一個珍貴的蚊香液。很感謝。
評價中附圖了，本人對高奢酒店有執念，喜歡出去體驗不同的酒店，也不缺住星級酒店的經歷，所以有些不自量力的認為，這種一晚1300+的房間的迷你吧應該都是免費的，所以並沒有在意價目表，直接將飲料都帶走了，但我不知道是之前的房客衹打開了茶葉罐兒和什麼應急包，還是客房部的員工的失手，導致費用生成，好在最後交流過程還算體面的結束了。真是一次難忘的天津之旅。
這麼好的五星級酒店，祝以後天天滿房，好賣大賣。

酒店的格調，偏暗黑系，酷，但也不温暖，似乎與工作人員是一個調調的。不甚喜歡。
大堂裏，走廊上，房間內，有香味。可能是特殊的定製香型。説不上好壞。衹是個人覺得，有點膩乎乎，不説混濁吧，至少是不清爽。
再與暗黑色系一呼應，同頻共振下，讓人心裏打鼓，得情不自禁趕緊幾步。不甚喜歡。
大堂吊著的幾個燈，有品位的，包括一些擺件。可燈的吊穗，一直以為是黑色的。不甚喜歡。
後來發現，吊穗似乎是深藍色的。但在不同的光線下，不同的角度上，是接近於黑色的。
回家穿紅T恤去，紅他十天半個月。

房間在48層，視野範圍超大，房間設施完善，佈局合理，約了朋友前來聚會，朋友也説房間性價比高。早飯在頂層，種類豐富，一杯咖啡，看着窗外城市美景，開啟美好的一天。對面就是大悦城，雖然沒有去，但是的確出行方便。

房型很好，對有化粧需要的女士來説有坐凳，專門的化粧鏡，非常貼心；乾濕分離做的也很好，洗完澡不會又大量的水漬，泡澡的同時，還有電視節目可以打發時間，也是一種享受；客房服務很和善，半夜很晚回來也會應需求送東西過來。總之是在天津非常滿意的入住體驗。
