昨天去天津德雲社看節目，然後想玩一天再回來，打開攜程隨機開盲盒選的酒店，真的很贊👍🏻！本來是對那個圓形深泡浴缸好奇才選的，到前台之後給我們免費升級到了河景套房，酒店真的是把服務做成了常態，眼裡有人、眼裡有事、眼裡有活，從下車開始看到迎賓小哥給開車門，到進入大廳看到行李員，再到前台辦入住看到接待員，所有的人都是發自內心的很自然的那種笑臉相迎，我手裡提了很小的一個袋子，都要接過去幫我拿，辦好入住上樓到了房間也是驚呆我了，真的是非常乾淨，手到之處真的一點灰塵沒有！客房服務也提前開好了夜床工作，行政管家小姐姐還拿來了水果和小零食，還特別心細的提醒我天氣比較乾燥，有任何需要隨時可以打電話給她，很多的細節，很多的小事，沒辦法一一列舉，雖然我衹住了一天，但很喜歡這裏，天津大大小小酒店不少，各種價位，各種風格，可選性很多，但這裏真的是讓我從進門就開始點讚的！事無細小，貴在用心！這裏的員工不僅做到了，而且做的很好！推薦！推薦！推薦！

天津海河悦榕莊酒店環境非常好在海河邊，在酒店房間可以看到海河的主要景觀天眼、金剛橋、金湯橋、獅子林橋、古文化街，還有李叔同紀念館等，酒店儘管開業時間較長，但是還是豪華酒店的氛圍，特別推薦游泳池，水温合適環境乾淨，遊玩之餘可以鍛鍊身體。

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. From the moment you arrive, there’s a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere — everything feels calm, thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable. The service is excellent: staff are polite, attentive, and always ready to help — from the front desk to the restaurant. A particularly nice touch was being greeted with welcome drinks upon arrival, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with large windows that let in lots of natural light and offer great views of the city. The hotel features a modern and elegant design, and it’s clear that the property is well-maintained — everything feels fresh and in great condition, with no signs of neglect or aging.
