Our stay was excellent! The room was lovely, spacious, and very comfortable, with great amenities. The Shin Edo baths were incredibly relaxing and a perfect way to unwind after a day out.
Breakfast was served in a beautiful area overlooking a waterfall and garden - such a peaceful setting. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk from the metro station.
We had to extend our stay, and the staff were so accommodating and kind, allowing us to stay in the same room for the extra nights. Their service was professional and friendly throughout.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great facilities, and a fantastic location!

地理位置好，環境好，服務較好，酒店餐廳多。無論選擇地鐵還是打車，都非常方便。很滿意的一次出行。酒店儘管時間很長，但設施並不陳舊。

位置非常的好，離兩個地鐵站都很近，旁邊就是上智大學和赤阪，周圍比較安靜，人不會很多，但是好吃的店也不少。

Japanese style 5-star hotel. The hotel was really big with many buildings. Nice staying for relax time. Breakfast were good. The room was clean and quiet. Will back agian.
