服務員態度惡劣，愛搭不理。而且酒店大門存在安全隱患，客人受傷後，負責人躲着不見。第一天入店就背後嘲笑客人，客人就問了一句“房間是否臨街？”前台半天聽不明白，然後居然嘲笑客人不會表達，應該説“是不是挨着馬路”。

酒店在翠湖邊，早晚在湖邊散步很不錯，自駕去吾悦、博物館都方便。
不足之處在於：房間煙味很濃，窗台上還留有煙頭（見圖二）；設施陳舊，門上的鉸鏈也沒有；早餐一般般，西點衹有蛋撻。
相比我們原來住過的維也納酒店，感覺差了不少。

服務很好，早餐也不錯，性價比很高。屋內比較潮濕，但好像這邊都這樣。剛開始入住屋內煙味非常大，酒店安排了保潔除味，後來我們開着空調窗户通風了很久，就好多了，服務態度都很不錯，酒店設施略微陳舊。
