My stay at the Yuanling Hotel in Tongling was truly memorable. The hotel boasts a prime location, beautifully designed interiors with stunning Chinese art, and exceptional, personable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the complimentary minibar and snacks in the lounge, adding a touch of luxury to my experience.
However, one downside was the noticeable smoke smell in the rooms on the executive floor. Despite this, the receptionist was quick to address the issue and kindly arranged for us to move to another floor, which significantly improved our stay. Their responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs were truly commendable.
Moreover, upon check-out, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a goodie bag, which was a thoughtful gesture and added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend the Yuanling Hotel for its excellent service, beautiful design, and convenient location.

先總結：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️人均400元/晚，新中式風格細節滿滿，親子/長輩出行首選，五星推薦！
⭐️位置：翠湖公園附近，和大潤發共用一棟樓，步行可達萬達，大潤發等商業體，買東西很方便。
⭐️設施：雖然建造有一定時間，但是維護非常好，温馨雅緻。4樓是行政樓層房，19樓是複式房，18樓是前台，20樓是早餐廳，空中花園配套齊全。
説幾個讓我印象比較深刻的細節。
🔆房間：複式房雙層配備大床廁所，衞洗麗智能馬桶，床頭還配備了充電線，家庭入住👪超省心！每個房間都都贈送了餅乾，牛奶，各種各樣的點心。
🔆早餐廳：✅筷子，勺子，還有小童餐具都是放在消毒箱裏的。
✅各種機器一應俱全，竟然還有製冰機！
✅芝麻餅，饅頭片，肉包子，燒賣，餛飩都是自己做的，果汁有鮮榨的，麪條裏的蔬菜可以根據自己的量隨便拿。
✅餐廳內毛筆書寫區，老闆私藏老物件展廳，看看非常有趣！
⭐️大堂：環境非常雅緻，有咖啡機，熱水機，牛奶，點心，各種書籍可以閲讀
⭐️服務：入住後有微信管家可以直接聯繫，迴應及時。印象最深刻的是早餐廳的服務員，不少都有點年紀了，但是訓練有素，服務到位！面帶微笑，主動熱情，而且很真誠，很多五星級酒店都做不到……退房後酒店還會送給住客一帶零食
不足的情況也有一些：比如洗手間會有一些味道，部分設施還是有點舊了，窗户會有點漏風

這次家庭出遊，五個人，所以訂了兩套這樣的躍層家庭房，兩張一米八的大床非常舒適。酒店整體裝修很有設計感，早餐也不錯，酒店樓下就是大潤發超市和一個小商場，周邊挺方便。為熱情的前台服務點贊！
