選擇伯爵世家酒店就是因為床夠大，2米大床🛏️😊第一次自駕來銅陵參加婚禮，沒想到酒店免費給我們升級房間😘好開心，周邊離商場很近耶然後附近步行過去都有不少餐館😊無緣自助下午茶，大年初六趕着回杭州，擔心堵車😓果然還是堵了😯，開了7個小時🙀才回家🏠

整體和介紹的毫無關係，沒有服務，第一次在一家酒店連住2天出去玩回來房間卡刷不進去，打電話聯繫前台問了一堆訊息，也沒給重新送一個房卡過來換，讓打掃衞生的阿姨過來刷開門，説後面自己去樓下重新刷一下房卡，再重新登記下，真的是第一次遇到這種無厘頭的事，房間電視也是個擺設，打開所有的台都要自己開會員才能看（小孩子到電視就是打開看一會），定的時候裏面寫了免費停車，説去的時候和前台説一下，不收費用的，走的時候也和前台説了，結果有的時候還是收費了，説什麼酒店衹優惠價了40，還要在交20，免費停車真的就是騙人的，早餐也不行，不知道為什麼會有很多説早餐好的

房間乾淨衞生 前台服務很好 停車方便 周邊設施齊全 前台有免費的小吃和飲料 比較滿意的一次入住，下午茶食物豐富多樣，不限量，出去玩在大堂可以帶飲料小吃路上吃，每一位服務員包括打掃的大姐都非常熱情隨時提供幫助，温暖人心，很棒的入住體驗，推薦銅陵旅遊的朋友入住。那個紅色的紅棗乳酸飲料好好喝。

房間衞生很乾凈，周邊環境很好，第一次來入住就幫我們做了免費的升級，早餐下午茶品種很多，來銅陵必選的一家酒店。酒店門口就是停車場入口，自駕車輛直接下負一層，在C4區停放，從C4電梯口上一樓就是酒店大堂前台，客房在6-12層。總體體驗感不錯！

當晚入住前酒店還給了電話確認。入住時被告知房間做了免費升級到了湖景標間 ，太幸運啦，景觀很好 ，前台服務也特別滿意，都很友善熱情，對於旅遊的人來説，會倍感親切。酒店有免費的早餐，前台還有小吃和飲品，可以説是特別滿意了，下次來會住，也會推薦給其他朋友。
